Mornington Family Doctors

I’ve been attending Mornington Family Doctors for years and am more than happy with the service. Very prompt and thorough with follow up and reminders. Also, Dr Ivan is an absolute blast.

Mornington Family Doctors have the best Medical Service we have ever experienced. We are the luckiest folks to have them so close by. So professional and caring. Absolutely brilliant service from both the administration staff and Dr. Andrew Hadjitofi. All caring, kind & considerate. I travel all the way from Woodend to attend the Mornington Family Doctors Clinic!

Doctor care great. Can't believe they are still carrying on with this face mask façade. Waiting in a carpark until doctor available is humiliating.

Dr Andrew is simply the best! Totally gets teenagers- is the most thorough doc I’ve ever visited. Such a great Dr.

The doctors are always so lovely and give you the time required without hurrying you along.

Exceptionally skilled doctors, however the front reception staff have been particularly rude towards me every time. Don't appreciate this behaviour since I'm a person that approaches everyone with a smile. I mean c'mon, I've worked in retail, i's not a hard skill to be pleasant to people. Docs are 5 stars, however bad service really deserves 0.13/01/2023 I am now editing my comment again. I just called Mornington Family Doctors again for a query in relation to my appointment and the reception lady is still incredibly rude. I will stop introducing myself with my ethnic name, since I'm starting to believe they are just racist.

Excellent service and they go beyond their ambit to care for their patients. And the Doctors are also willing to listen to and be open to extra knowledge that this patient has found, through his independent research, to be of great benefit.

All very caring Doctors, I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered in simple terms. Ivan especially is very proactive and knowledgeable.

So glad I have finally found a great GP, they are hard to come by! I have seen 2 doctors and they have both been soo good!

Although the waiting area is a little unwelcoming the reception staff are always helpful. The nursing staff are friendly and competent. It is usually possible to get an appointment with some member of the practice within a few days. I have always found the medical practitioners to be inquisitive and thorough, have a whole-patient approach, and know when to refer one to a specialist or paramedical clinic.

They are very kind and friendly and will do what ever they can to give the right diagnosis so that you recieve the right treatment in a timely manner. Very professional they are great and have helped me out alot.

Ladies at front desk were friendly and very helpful.
Doctor Andrew Hadjitofi was very professional and through, he took the time put me at ease.

The doctors have been fine, however dealing with the rude receptionist (everyone knows which one) really makes calling a chore.
*update except 1 Doctor - he is shocking.

Due to COVID rules I had to make a telephone appointment. They called me to confirm the number was correct and that I would be ready for the doctors call. Never called. After 2 hours I called them and again, rude receptionist issue.

Avoid this place. There are a few other clinics nearby with decent doctors and friendly staff.

Update: Dr tried calling nearly 4 hours after the appointment time. Really unprofessional. Just hopeless.

Useless constantly can’t book any appointments without having to wait over 20 minute to see the doctor when there’s so few appointments anyways so sick of this moving to a different doctors!

The staff are welcoming and doctor take time to really listen.l am so glad we changes clinics a few years ago, from a rosebud clinic. To Mornington family doctors they really do care, and it is so heart warming. ️
