We’ve been sending our cars for general maintenance and servicing to Don for over 12 years. He is trustworthy, very thorough, gives great advice and is always accomodating and reliable. So happy with his service, highly recommend.

I was charged more than I was quoted which is frustrating as a financially-stressed university student.

Megan explained everything to me regarding the actual service. All items were dealt with and it was great that was able to have a car ti run around in whilst my vehicle was getting Serviced.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. As I live on my own and getting older (!), I feel very secure knowing that Don looks after my car and I can depend on it to be thoroughly reliable. When I leave it for its servicing, Don calls me a few hours later to let me know what is needed and the costs. It’s very comforting knowing that I have such a trustworthy mechanic taking care of it.

For almost 7 years Mornington Automotive Specialist have serviced my vehicle and I've had no cause for complaint. There was an oversight on their part on one occasion. They arranged a tow for my vehicle, repaired the issue at no cost and didn't even charge me for the towing. You can't buy that kind of honesty.

A previous roadworthy and several services were done and I found them at all times excellent and value for money!

Don and the skilled team have looked after my Volvo for 5 years (a 9 year old car). I’ve felt as though my car has been in very good hands with honest opinions and services done for a fair price. Over the years I’ve had a few symbols come up on my screen, and every time I’ve called to question it, they’ve had me drop in to see it quickly to get me safely back on the road. They seem to know my Volvo very well and always use the best Volvo oil’s etc. Once they couldn’t find my loan car when I dropped my car in and Don personally dropped me home and picked me up. They are very busy but seem to always have time for your car. My car recently sold and needed a Roadworthy done, and it passed straight away. Thanks guys for genuinely caring for my car, keep up the great work.

My 2018 Mercedes had a blocked filter in the windscreen wash system, which the Mercedes dealer needed a service booking and a couple of hours to fix at who knows what cost. Don and his team at Mornington Auto fixed it in minutes without taking the car half apart, and on top of that did not even bother to charge me. These guys are serious, extremely competent professionals who clearly care about their work. The Merc dealer will not be seeing me again, I will be going to Mornington Auto.

I needed a Roadworthy Cert and Service and these guys were able to accommodate me at short notice, and also give me a lift to and from my nearby workplace. Highly recommend - friendly and professional service.
