Mörk Chocolate Brew House reviews
83Marija did a fantastic job serving us! She described each of the dished really well and gave us a fantastic Mork experience! Thank you!
Definitely the place to go if you like chocolate! Great hot chocolate and other signature drinks made with cocoa beans. The staff is very lovely and attentive. Especially Marija is a total sweetheart, who took such good care of us and answered all the questions we had about their products. We got the Campfire Hot Chocolate (delicious, 10/10!), the Cacao Flight which was very intriguing and some buns which were great. Absolutely coming back to this place:)
When I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest, most enthusiastic and generous smile and hello I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. From that moment on the service was beyond exceptional. Kind, efficient and overall just a pleasure to behold. Also, in the wasteland of terrible hot chocolates that is Melbourne, the one I had (and the pastry) was truly an untempered oasis. Phenomenal service, great hot choc, great pasties. Yes a little expensive but you're paying for quality. I came in about 11: 15 on 31/10
I was ascending Errol St after dropping my kids at school when I noticed two hi-vis clad gentlemen exit Mork with what appeared to be takeaway coffee. My urge to investigate was compounded by the need not to walk further uphill. I went in and discovered they now do coffee! It was the same standard as their hot chocky which is always outstanding. I saw some kind of ice cream machine however due to the time of day I refrained in an effort to maintain my slightly above average figure.
Dropped in on Saturday (7th October) for my birthday celebration weekend and had the campfire hot chocolate and slice of cake. It was all absolutely delicious! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Will come back again!
This is our favourite chocolate shop in Melbourne! Their hot chocolate powder is amazing and makes amazing brownies if you venture here, make sure to eat the cinnamon buns, morkshake, chocolate brownie… and keep stock of the chocolate powder for hot and iced chocolates at home!
This was my first Mork experience in a long time, and the first time in one of their establishments. The staff were friendly and inviting, the selection was difficult to decide on (everything looked great) and the service was fantastic. Definitely recommend that all chocolate lovers stop by.
The drinking chocolate tastes great but is so expensive for what you get. Unfortunately the online ordering experience is terrible. There's no confirmation that they have received the order, only a shipping notification 5 days later. Or if you order to pick up there is no information at all and communication is non-existent if you try to contact them to find out updates.
Put Mork on your must do list.
My son and I tried the Campfire Hot Chocolate it was sensational, very clever.
The Spiced Chocolate Negroni was a real treat and well presented.
Served up with fantastic customer service, the team were very friendly, welcoming and had great product knowledge. The atmosphere is stylish, super clean and the attention to detail is very impressive. Well done.
A small outdoor seating area with friendly staff. Chocolate drinks were quite good if you are a chocolate lover. Will try ice chocolate next time when visiting.
Bit of a let down we ordered over $60 worth of food and drink, the food looked good but was very tasteless and disappointing, the hot chocolate was pretty bad we ended up throwing away most of the stuff we ordered very disappointed as we drove out of our way to go here
I think this is my favourite hot chocolate in Melbourne. The classic is my choice.
I keep trying the oat and coconut milk one but I can't improve on dairy.
Pre-ordered a twice baked chocolate cake online for click and collect from this store. On the day of collection, one of the staff contacted us to remind about the pick up one hour before their closing hour. Ordering and collecting process is smooth and easy. Staff are friendly and the cake is really yummy. We will go back!
Love their famous campfire hot chocolate that is served with a s’more. Cute little place. They only have outdoor seating at the moment.
Love this place. Best hot chocolates in the entirety of Melbourne. Recommend getting a slice of twice baked cake or a cinnamon bun for a delectable morsal.
The wait staff, frontline workers are doing an excellent job. However, Mork really needs a new team to manage the company. Service is getting worse and worse, can't even do simple things right, not worth supporting. All the best and good luck to your future.
Without a doubt the best hot chocolate I've ever had here. I had the 70% Chocolate drink and it was the perfect blend of hot goodness. The staff were very nice and it didn't take very long at all despite getting a bit busy when I went. I would be back again to try other things.
Great chocolate drinks, but a bit pricey.
Friendly staff.
At the time of my most recent visit, they don’t do fine in anymore, which was always a nice experience. But sitting out under the tree in the middle of the avenue is nice on a warm day.
Creative takes on some old favorites plus new ones, including the ones we got. We opted for the slushie style iced chocolate on a hot day. Quick service and a nice area to sit in the shade outside. Very friendly staff who explained all the options too!
We ordered " original dark", "mik dark", campfire chocolate" and "chocolates bar".
I'm not a chocolate gourmets. So, maybe my opinion is certainly not right 100%. I don't like it at all, I like the idea and the creativeness, but the taste wasn't quite right to me. Anyway, the service is very good and the place is very nice.
