Wendy is absolutely amazing! The time and care she gives each individual is so invaluable, she goes out of her way for you and you can tell just how much she cares. Her hands on, advice and knowledge is also phenomenal! My back pain and headaches always settle after my treatments, can not recommend Wendy enough!

Wendy is fabulous. I have been seeing her for over 10 years, initially for RSI in my arms and shoulders caused by teaching online. She alleviated my chronic pain. I went to numerous physiotherapists and a couple of other osteos but they would use a tens machine or some other device and on average spent 15 minutes manipulating my back shoulders or arms. Got hardly any relief. Wendy uses heat packs and massage therapy for the whole session. I have recommended her to my family and friends.

So glad I found this place when I needed help. Initially went there for back and shoulder problems but got so much more than I bargained for. Wendy is so knowledgeable. And kind. And funny too. She explained everything in a clear way as she worked on me, which really helped once it came to applying the exercises she gave me to do at home. I learned a lot about my own body and why I was experiencing pain. Moreover, through our chats I found out that Wendy is a great listener. Our sessions ended up being quite therapeutic and excellent for my mental health, especially in these uncertain times. The combination of physical and unexpected but welcomed mental therapy I received from Wendy helped lift huge weights off my shoulders, literally and metaphorically. Strongly recommended.
