Not enough staff or checkouts.
Conveyor belts don't work or staff are not trained to operate them. Prices are above average but the convenience and location make up for that.
However the store is untidy and unwelcoming.

Love this store well organised nice variety.
Only down side is it's more expensive than Coles, Woolworths and aldi.
Also their rewards is not good they really need to revamp the whole time thing

Just brought a roast chicken, what a mistake, dry and the drumsticks had separated from the bird it had been overcooked and dry wonder if it was yesterdays reheated won't make this mistake again,

A well stocked grocery store with really friendly staff such as Jerry, that man deserves a raise for his efforts. Clean and well presented always, the only downside is that sometimes they are beaten in price by other grocery store chains. Epic grocery store overall.

Great staff and location, some products are significantly dearer than at competing supermarkets.

I went to iga this morning they changed me twice for the same items on my card when I approached the staff not our problem go to your bank it happened to the customer before me to they were having problems with there eftpos machine there fault never going back

Fantastic specials this weekend. Always great and friendly staff. And Market day is even better

Great store has everything you would expect from an IGA.very pleased this store is keeping some old departments going like the butchers department.

Her attitude was bad. The man in the liquor store was a different kettle of fish greeted me as was pleasant

You will have to see for your self, renovation make it Easier to navigate more items to offer just got different brand of choclate wagon wheels, but thay are almost the some but! Twice More marshmallow inthe sandwiched between the biscuits yummy good mails in baymaree pork, chicken, beef, roast spuds & punnken peas, paster salad 3 or4 different one, won't list them as I sead go try, responsible prices

If you shop a weeks shopping that happens to be a Holiday, I would advise you go elsewhere to avoid upsetting a large line at the fast lanes "Few Items", as for some reason it seems the only lanes operating are the fast lanes "few Items" on Holiday Trading days.

Great specials, friendly staff, and you find specially products the big supermarkets don't have. Give them a go, and support your locals!

I buy my wild bird seed and fish food its so cheap. Plus meat and Chicken always yummy and great price

Have everything like coles and woolies maybe a bit smaller plus a liqour chop and sushi. Open on all holidays when some of the larger shops closed nice for last minute supplies.

The store is not a good layout easy to not be able to find what your looking for such as batteries are in a silly placement really sort it out IGA stuff shouldn't be that hard to find if the place had a proper layout.

First I went to the deli I’m sure it was a huge effort for the girl to serve me and I always come here for black pudding and when asked if there was any out the back I got a rude no and then going through the check out the young man didn’t even speck to me except for a do you want a receipt won’t be back your staff are need customer service training because they have none

Great for soft drink, fruit, salad, donuts, chocolates n chips. As well as veggies and other cooked items. Smokes & alcohol as well.
