Can't find a lot of products and some mainstream brands. Higher prices compared to the other supermarkets in the area.

It's never overcrowded. It's a very well presented store very clean
And it must be said. Their product is of truly high Quality

Disgusting customer service from the older lady in the front billing counter. She doesn’t know how to talk with customers.

I don't understand why this place isn't packed all the time. It has great variety & really good prices that are better than the 'big' supermarkets that the blind sheep shop at.
Staff are genuinely friendly & helpful.
Parking is close to the store & plentiful.
I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Small and tidy. Quite a handy place to shop between the weekly grocery runs at bigger stores like Woolies and Coles.

Some products are priced quite competitive as well.

WOW! What a place. Visited this IGA today for the first time and OMG what a MEGA STORE. It would give a Coles store a run for its money. It's absolutely HUGE!

Their Deli section is as good as any Coles I've been to and it's got everything you could ever want from a Deli.

The store itself is laid out just like any of the major brand and the floor space is impressive to say the least. I was so surprised at the range of interesting and unusual branded products they carry.

It doesn't matter what your background is, this store caters for every taste.

Do yourself a favour and take a run out to this place and check it out. It's IMPRESSIVE.

Purchased Community Co tasty cheese, crackers & salami. Only to start eating and founding mould on the cheese. Nice one IGA not. Expiry date was still 10/01/2023.

I am a regular customer for many years. The front checkout counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to IGA management for employing staff from various migrant backgrounds. Make it easier for non English speaking customers to have a good shopping experience knowing that they can talk to a staff who understands their language. Well done!

Fresh produce getting rotten, breads not fresh. I guess not many people doing shopping up there

They have the best 80s music playing in that store. Whoever designed the playlist deserves an award. I want a copy of the soundtrack and the friendly staff said I should get the cassette version too. Also the store is super tidy and has good range of stock. Good European range of food. Can pick up different brands of Ajvar. Yummy.

Very poor customer service. A tall lady with glasses was so rude and in-patient, my son was with me at the time and he asked the lady for a lollipop at the counter, kids can change their mind! And she started telling my son off and started screaming in front of him and customers saw and heard what was happening, and my son who is only 4 years old seriously? Was frightened.since this day he is scared to go to school, I have called the store and HQ and nobody has gotten back to me. It's been over 2 weeks.this person should not be working at this store or anywhere else, very very poor service. I live around the area and will never go into this store again! So disappointed. I'll be taking this matter further.

Very conveniently tucked away near the Fitzgerald Road freeway exit. Staff are very helpful, professional, polite.

I just love this place, it is huge but feels inviting and the variety of goods is amazing. I'm not a local but when I'm in the area I like to drop in and shop.

IGA always a good store to visit, staff was a little slow and main doors were sealed, which meant walk a longer distance to enter

If it wasn't close I would never go here, the produce is always spoiling, meat is terrible, everything is either almost out of date or well out of date, seriously need some quality control here.

Good local supermarket. Although always check the expiry dates on perishables. I Have been caught out the times I don't check, with close to expired or expired stuff.

Good variety of food to choose from, the isles are a bit sqissy. They also have a liquor store close by.

The product range is great, but I wish the staff weren’t so miserable. Can we put some anti-depressants in the drinking water?
