Very efficient service. The doctor I had was very thorough, caring and kind. I paid for the service and got most of it back in my account with Medicare.
I am definitely going back if I need too.

We had a lovely experience from the moment we walked in the door. The receptionist was friendly and understanding. The doctor was patient and wonderful, she spent the time with us and we didn’t feel rushed. We will definitely return to the clinic.

A fantastic group of Dr’s and front of house staff. This clinic feels like a small caring space that offers not only excellent GP services but also special support around women’s issues, no matter what your age. I highly recommend this Medical Centre.

Welcoming and professional receptionists. I’ve taken my child to see Dr. Strahan twice in the last couple years. He’s very knowledgeable, approachable and efficient at answering my questions. It’s a friendly clinic that has put us at ease every time that we visited. Thanks for providing an excellent care for us!

Really disappointing experience having done my research to carefully choose my new GP after moving to the area. I called to arrange either a face to face (with mask) or telehealth appointment after gaining a negative test result for Covid, but was spoken over and refused service by reception as new patients can only be seen face to face and they refuse to see anyone with cold/flu symptoms. If you're unwell this is not the clinic to call.

I have never experienced more contempt in a medical reception staff. The first girl who I spoke to could not explain the reason behind their current triage processes for patients even when they have negative covid tests. The second girl Zoe was unbelievably rude and self involved. On explaining that my infant daughter was seen at RCH mere days ago and I was advised by their doctors that if she receives a negative covid test and her symptoms get worse she is required to see another doctor IN PERSON for further evaluation. This was rejected by the staff members and I was told she would require a telehealth appointment in which the doctor will decide if she needs to come in, mind you this is the ONLY clinic I've spoken with who will not see a patient in person on receipt of a negative covid test. It was unfortunately the clinic with the fastest available appointment time which is why I pushed the point.
On explaining to Zoe that I've been through telehealth and doctors appointments and that putting us through this process again did not make sense because I already have the information stating she needs to be seen in person, Zoe told me SHE was "feeling attacked" though I was the one on the phone crying trying desperately to get my very unwell 10 month old seen. She then completely dehumanised my daughter stating " the telehealth appointment will decide if the child will be seen". Complete refusal to accept prior referral and inability to behave with empathy or simply refer to my daughter by name or behave personable instead of treating her like just another number on a wall, when I pointed this out and asked her to be treated like a human being she said "ok if he will see the human being" in a completely sarcastic tone. I am disgusted though not surprised that the clinic manager simply refused to accept that her receptionist was behaving in such an incomprehensible manner nor that their protocol makes approximately no sense. This is not the first time the clinic manager has behaved like she knows what is better for her patients than they do, the first time I booked with this clinic I researched their doctors and made a choice suitable for my needs only to have her call me, tell me I had made the wrong choice and push me into seeing someone else, causing me to see someone who was not qualified or interested in one of my main health concerns. Zoe should get some empathy training or consider a role that is less customer facing. I am so upset to have to make the choice to leave this clinic as for the one of my health worries she was able to assist on Heidi was absolutely lovely.

It will never make sense to me how on advice from a paediatrician a medical receptionist will still refuse to see a sick child, question if she even needs to be seen and then say if it is necessary she will be seen after multiple consults and at the same time as the covid patients even though she has already returned a negative result. Completely incomprehensible.

Have had several issues with the doctors communication here. The first time I received a letter saying I needed urgent follow up weeks after a standard appointment. I called to ask what was going on and they apologised and said I should never have gotten it without a call first (and the matter was far from urgent). The second time I received a message saying I was due for a test, went in and had it but then was told I was 6 months too early and something was wrong with their message system. Earlier this year I had a 2 minute phone call with a new doctor so she could communicate a result, I was charged the full fee even though I had previously never been charged for that call about the same yearly test. Then today my gynaecologist never received the paperwork for the procedure I was referred to her to have. Absolutely terrible and wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.

Great local medical centre. Reception staff are always friendly. I struggled for many years to find a GP I could trust and rely on. But Dr Andy Hume always takes care of me and my partner when we visit or do online consults. He is the friendliest, attentive, knowledgeable GP we’ve ever had who provides advice we can trust in. He has gone above and beyond on a number of occasions to ensure we are ok. Highly recommended.

It's has a great Medical team that I do trust and I would recommend anyone to go and get treated there because they do care. If you have had bad experiences with Medical centre I recommend you try going to Moreland West Medical centre.

Incredible team here. The champion reception staff do very well and keep their cool during busy times. Visiting the doctors here is like talking to real people. Non-judgemental, respect your discomforts/requests, etc. They collaborate with each other and re-read your notes so you don't have to repeat your story every time you visit.

I always have a great experience here and I always feel like the dr.has listened and been very attentive and professional. I've also seen a few drs here and they have all been lovely and very experienced. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this Centre since it opened. All the doctors are excellent, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
