Said they knew about rural property but had no idea. I found an omission in the transfer of water rights which I had to sort out myself months down the track. It felt like they were working for the other party. Seemed to ignore my instructions in my email and were awful to deal with when there was a hiccup in the transfer. Avoid.

The wait times were long too - realistically I know sometimes that’s necessary - but I think they just tried to cram in too many clients. I’d rather go with a proper solicitor who actually listens and represents you.
