This is one of the few storage facilities which I was pleased to discover was not only kept clean, but was very modern, secure and very easy to navigate our way around. Open 24 hrs, with live online access to my account via their website, allowed me to view all invoices, book a shed and and pay online easily. I highly recommend the Mordiallicc branch and thank their lovely staff for all their help!

Would not recommend you guys ever!
- i called to cancel/change the name over, this apparently got lost in translation from customer service to manager. I had to pay for a month, where i had wanted cancelled due to their error and the third party being deniyed having it placed in there name.as i apparently never made contact.

- People living out of their storage sheds for many months, and currently.
Go in late at night and youll see exactly what i mean!

- storage shed was filthy, had to clean before placing items inside.

I escalated the matter and got given the "buisnesses " doing it tough speech. No consideration for my circumstances at all!

Do NOT use this facility.

Clean, secure facility

Long running customer at this storage facility approximately three years i have had storage here.

My credit card for automatic payment expired and payment overdue for a couple days the facility suspended my access with no warning.

Now i can't access my tools for work! Not really the best treatment for a long time customer, pretty disappointing really.

I also recommend new customers to them that now store there boat with them and that's what i get in return.

Majority of my dealings were with Richard. Nothing was problem for him. Even helped move me in. Great service and good rates.

Neil & Craig have always been very helpful & friendly & I would not hesitate to recommend your storage services!

My wife and I found Taxibox Mordialloc to be an excellent organisation to deal with. They were very professional and focussed on customer needs.and were continuously looking to improve their service offering and efficiency. Would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
