Mordi Pizza Pasta

Had a fantastic meal with my family here in Australia Day. The waitress was attentive, friendly, funny and charming too.

First time customers, clean and tidy place, tasty and fresh food, good portions of pastas, staff and the owners were lovely, courteous and very accommodating. Will come back again!

In a post covid world they should be GREATFUL people want to eat in, not charge them extra for the privilege of doing so. Can't use paying additional staff as an excuse, as took 3 people to pour a can of coke. 1 to pour, 2 to watch.

The staff were friendly and had quick service. The food was delicious and made sure they took in all of the requests on the food. The dining area was clean as well. Would recommend!

We've been here a few times and never disappointed. The owner and whole team are friendly and genuinely care. They once offered us one of our pizzas for free because there was a miscommunication. And they always remember who we are and happy to have a nice little chat (when not busy which is rare!)

MORDY PIZZA has been my favourite Pizza for 30 years! The older italian gentlemen who makes the pizzas is one of Melbourne's few remaining Pizza making MASTERS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The team at Mordi Pizza really looked after us well. With a short time frame they were able to organise us 23 pizzas that were delicious. Will go back!

Amazing customer service, incredible staff, super nice and create conversation, food was super delicious.

Saturday night v busy. Squeezed us 4 in without a booking. We had 4 diff varieties of pizza. All terrific and well priced. With generous, tasty toppings.

This is an old school Aussie Italian pizzeria run by a wonderful family. Delicious pizza made with love and cannot recommend highly enough x

We ordered a Hawaiin, the lot, a spicy pizza, and a garlic bread. It was the worst pizza I have ever had, very bland and cheap toppings. I requested no anchovies on the lot but the pizza was littered with them, it was absolutely disgusting and inedible. I would give zero stars if I could.

Might be a bit biased but ever since i was a kid and now as a young adult i have always gotten and had good quality pizza here and service to.in my opinion if you are looking for a great pizza in the kingston area mordi pizza is one of the best. My recommendation is the mordi special very tasty and at a very reasoable price to.

We were looking for somewhere to eat with the kids after the local carnival and pulled up outside Mordi Pizza. As soon as we got out of the car the smell drew us in. We were greeted immediately & our order was taken in a timely manner. The food arrived quickly which was great as we were all starving. My 10 & 7 year olds consider themselves pizza connoisseurs and were VERY impressed with their pizza. The base was cooked to perfection, the toppings full of flavor.
The kids also said the raspberry lemonade was excellent.
At one point my youngest became very upset & one of the staff members offered him some colouring & chatted to him.
Her kindness towards him will not be forgotten and we will be driving the 30 minutes from home to have pizza here again.

Had a couple of pizzas and ended up eating in. Staff and pizza were great. We will be back. Yum

Had a meat lovers pizza and a fettuccine chicken and mushroom pasta.

The pizza was too overwhelmed with ham and cheese. Was very difficult to eat and ended up only having half, plus the bacon was 80% fat. No actual good bits.

The pasta had “fake” chicken. Didn’t feel like real protein. Pasta was over cooked and the sauce tasted like milk. No flavour at all.

Overall, not the best. Would rather dominoes.

Great "local" Pizza shop that still has that friendly vibe about it. Generous toppings and friendly service adds to the feeling of being welcomed "into the family". Far better than any of the big chain operators, good food, great staff, you can't go wrong!

Late night, few drinks, keen to get a pizza, my partner friend and I placed an order online to pickup! We got there right on 10 (closing) with an online order at 9.45, when I received the pizza I got the dreaded “may I make a suggestion” politely saying yes thinking it was going to be about the pizza, it was instead “you should order at 9.30 instead of 9.45 because were meant to be finished by now” unfortunately, I’ve worked hospitality for the last 5 years now, in and out of bars pubs and cafes around the world, I made a suggestion to change the online hours to a time that suited them to make sure they closed at the time that was ideal.

It was met with a poor excuse, a scrunched face and was then waved out of the shop dismissively.

Its a shame, I liked the pizza, we all did, but due to the customer service, and us all working hospitality, we definitely wouldn’t go back there again. Customer service is key to a beautiful environment.

Great gluten free pizza and pasta options, proper squishy bases and pasta is never overcooked. We keep coming back because it's just so consistent.
Favourites are the carbonara and mushroom/chicken pastas, and the garlic/herb cheese pizza.
Usually quick 10-15 min turnaround but can be up to an hour on a busy Friday night.

I must say! Our pizza was hot at our door! 5 star for that! Customer service to the highest level!
After a little confusion with our order, they sent out a fresh hot pizza straight away, after mentioning not to worry about it, a fresh hot pizza was on our doorstep! Thanks Mordy pizza your the best!
