MoPA: Museum of Play and Art

This was a nice and relaxed outing and kids loved some activities e.g. The building houses with foam blocks at the back, or building cars and running it on the ramps. There is a bit of interesting stuff for adults too as they can take funny pictures on the frame walls or the digital screens. I think if they can add a couple of more activities or options, it will be nice.

I held my son’s 4th birthday party here with his friends. I couldn’t recommend this place more! It creases a safe, fun, interactive space for all. Even the ladies helping to hold the party were outstanding with how patient and supportive towards the kids.

Am a disability support worker and my client really enjoyed themselves here. The staff was very friendly and the place had not only exhibits to interact with but a small Cafe which was convenient.

Thanks for the most awesome birthday bash for our 4yo! Excellent and outstanding service, all the detail was spot on and best of all no mess to clean up for me

Oh my goodness, what a place! Next level awesome for kids fun time. Great location for adults and kids alike. (hard to take photos without kids, and makes it look strange. But you get the idea)

Sensory magic everywhere - well designed safety conscience space - large variety of activities to suit different interests (and ages) - indoor and outdoor adventure - great use of a beautiful old building

Seriously considering the membership, even though we live in Melbourne over an hour away. It was just so great! Thank you, we will be back!

Highly disappointed with MOPA.
From advertising I was expecting much more, and was expecting it to carter to older children as well given 1-18 yo are charged $16.
I went with 9 year olds and it definitely wasn’t age appropriate
Would much more suit under 6 age group, even then, my 2 year old would be bored before the 2 hour session finished

The fact adults are also charged $12 to accompany their children is very excessive

We unfortunately won’t be back.

Loved our visit! Lots to do for a range of ages, from babies to primary school age. All of the play stations were both fun and educational. Really enjoyed the option of joining structured activities or just having free play.

Fantastic time. I will return with my other grandkids. I will also recommend MoPA to friends and relatives.

Such a fun, friendly atmosphere! The staff were so welcoming and there was lots to entertain the kids. All kept very clean, too. Very impressed.

Took my 3 kids here, aged 1,5 and 7. All of them had a fantastic time and the older two have been asking when they can go back.

Great interactive place for toddlers. Lots of fun activities throughout the day. We did car painting on St Patrick’s day. Worth a visit.

Love visiting MOPA! Friendly staff and plenty to do for kids. Especially like story time and the dance party.

Another incredible MoPA experience. Love how they break up the free play with optional painting time, story time, craft time and dance time.

I'm visiting from England and looking for places to take my grandchildren to visit. This was the best by far. Lovely welcoming and fun staff and lots of great things to do. My grandson is 2y7m and told me that he wanted to 'stay here for ever '! Great food in the cafe too

The activities are so fun for kids and adults alike. My 20 month old loved it. The staff are also so warm and welcoming, the 2 on duty during our middle day session today were fantastic and knew how to talk and engage with kids. Can’t recommend enough!

The staff were welcoming and engaged the children with a range of directed tasks as well as providing plenty of free play and creative spaces and opportunities.
