From the warm, friendly reception staff to the podiatrists that are so knowledgeable and personable - each time it feels like I’m chatting with a friend! Thanks to Sarah and Tom for their ongoing care and the whole team for a great vibe in clinic always. Great to have a team I can rely on!

I was so impressed with Foot Centre Group and the staff who work there. The online appointment was simple to navigate. I completed a health history online which was easy to use and convenient.
Once I arrived, I was acknowledged by reception staff and Sarah, my podiatrist was on time, professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed and treated my issue efficiently. We chatted throughout the treatment, as she could tell I was a little apprehensive, however, the entire treatment was pain free so I had nothing to worry about.
I even received a treatment plan so I understand the diagnosis, treatment and follow up which I can refer to if required.
What a wonderful service you provide. Thank you so much. I’ve been raving about you since I left.:)

I first got my orthotics from the Moorabbin Clinic >10 years ago through Chelsey Tregear who was sensational. They lasted a very long time and I kept putting off having them recovered as I expected the process to be a hassle.

I called to book in an appointment, hoping to see the same clinician, but unfortunately Chelsey had moved onto other endeavours, but understand she set the clinics up in their current format/team. I made an appointment to see Sarah McKay and was very impressed.

Rather than just assuming my orthotics were suitable, she took the time to re-assess me and made sure that the current orthotics were appropriate. She made sure that during the re-furbishing process, that the appropriate material was used and went the extra mile to ensure they would work for me in a variety of different shoes (dress shoes, runners etc). She also suggested some other running shoes that would work best with my orthotics (as the shoes I'd been using may not have been the best platform for them). The entire process was quick, thorough and painless.

I couldn't recommend Sarah enough and encourage people to go in for an assessment even if you're just thinking about the potential benefits of orthotics or experiencing pain issues.

Amazing communication, caring and competent staff and great facilities. Went for a CAM boot fitting after fracturing an ankle. Boot fitted, treatment plan emailed almost instantly, follow up X-ray referral and appointment locked in. Super knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

I was immediately impressed on entering the practice. The receptionist Chrissie made me feel most welcome. I was then seen by Eliza at my allocated time. Eliza was exceptional in her care of my foot problems. She listened and provided excellent care. The practice is clean and well laid out. After the consultation, Chrissie was very efficient in processing my account. Highly recommend the Foot Centre Group.

Lovely team. They have identified some of my issues but what I am most impressed with and thankful for is their communication to my surgeon and GP. This means that information is not lost In translation or missed which I find often happens as I can get so much information at a medical appointment relaying to the next person can be tricky.

First impressions this place was BUSY, to me that tells me so much before walking in the door.

I liked pre-filling my forms at home so when I arrived I pretty much went straight into my apt (& didn’t have to answer the admin questions).
I also liked the SMS reminder a few hours out with a link to maps for directions.

I’ve never been to a podiatrist so wasn’t sure what to expect. Amy was lovely, informative, explained everything she was about to do and what my plan was going forward.
Looking forward to reducing my pain & issues

Very professional and friendly staff. Explained exactly what was the issue with my foot. Has relieved the chronic swelling with the on-site treatment and I’m looking forward to the next stage of exercises and treatment. Thankyou Jess, you’re a gem.

The staff here were lovely, especially Georgia who was so gentle with my son’s very sore toenail. She explained everything in a way a 7 year old could understand and she found ways to distract him by focusing conversation on his interests. The clinic was super clean and very welcoming. We’ve even received a follow up email outlining next steps and how we can best care for the sore toe between visits. Foot Centre Group was recommended to us by our school nurse and I highly recommend it to others.
