Had carpet from the Econyl range installed and it's transformed my house. Great service from Will, and when there were staffing issues on the day of installation he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. Very happy with everything. Thank you!

A guy called "wayne" gave a quote, several weeks later we visited in-store again and had the quote refreshed by "jane" and same day paid a considerable $9000 deposit for floating wood floorboards. Over a week later "wayne" emails and tells us that sorry, its going to cost over $2000 more now. Consumer Affairs called it Section 18 "Misleading or Deceptive Conduct". Demanded our money back and ran away like hell. Buyer Beware.

We initially had a bad experience, but Jane did an incredible job turning it around into a really positive experience. We bought vinyl planks that turned out to not be what we were looking for, and Jane took them back even though they'd been opened up, and gave replacement, delivered at no extra charge. Really great customer service and we are happy customers. Shop local!

We had our carpet laid last week and what an amazing job Terry did. He was on-time, professional and courteous. Especially during these crazy times, its nice to know you can count on a good business to get the job done right! We love our carpet and cant thank Terry, Jane and the team enough for their great service. Highly recommend

Walked in and was surprised I was even acknowledged. Man sitting behind counter didn't even stand up. Spoke to me from sitting down behind his desk. Do not recommend this store AT ALL.
Possibly I was wearing the wrong shirt, if only LOOKS COULD KILL.
