AmazIng service. We were treated like VIPs from the beginning. Special care & wonderful service for those in wheelchair. Unlike their neighbour, MVV Motel & Comfy Kew do provide disability access. Owner (?) was waiting outside in the cold for us, was so overwhelmed by the warm welcome we received despite checking in later than anticipated. I was SO regretful for keeping such a pleasant, lovely person waiting. Family deluxe is amazingly affordable for a prestigious room. It is so well equipped for disability access, so grateful for great service & comfort for my family member who uses a wheelchair. Thank you MVV Motel & Comfy Kew for making us feel so welcomed and for ensuring our comfort, and for being so well-equipped with disability access. Room looked a lot more inviting than the photos. Pics don’t do it justice.

Location is super convenient to the tram and all the Kew High Street shops!

The Room is amazing! Tidy, clean, has windows, air-conditioner, TV, bathroom and kitchen! Staff are super friendly and helpful (Especially Ivan at reception! He is fantastic and has helped me so much even on his off-days, he deserves a raise) Would highly recommend this place, I even extended my stay another week it is so good, and the price is great also.

Be aware that the rooms cheap and inaccessible, the staff are rude, but liveable for the cost.

Liked · For the value of money, it is acceptable. The room is small but not bad for the price. Could come and go as we pleased as long as we had our fob key. The location is good with quick access to tram and shops. The parking is also secure and was available for our stay.

Disliked · The workers were rude and dismissive. When we arrived they asked to charge a $100 refundable emergency deposit but we were not made aware of this requirement before arriving. When I told them I did not have money available for this they asked for a credit card. When I explained that I did not have a credit card the worker shamed me for not having one, and I quote "This is ridiculous everyone has a credit card, you have to have something". This discussion went on for 10 minutes in a loop until I was in tears and had to have a family member send me the money for the deposit. The manager refused to come out to see me in this time.

It is completely inaccessible. Though they have a wheelchair lift into the main entrance, there is no elevator and they would not allow us to change to a ground floor room without a large fee.

The shower in our room flooded as soon as it was turned on as there was no water-blocking strip between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so we had to block water with towels every time we showered.

And finally, we found cockroaches throughout our luggage when we returned home, which we are sure were picked up in the room, as our suitcases were closed through the entirety of the trip home.

Large room, but bathroom is small and wet as shower is shared with toilet. Quite smelly upon arrival. Stairs was dirty, apartment need maintenance.

I can’t tell if these reviews are fake or if I was in the wrong room. Room was filthy. Damage marked all around the room with tape but not repaired. Parking not secure. Bond taken without my knowledge and not returned for days. Very steep stairs and poor access all around. Room outdated, full of mirrors, looked like the set of a dirty adult movie.

Spartan uni student decor. Reading some other reviews I must have been in a different apartment? There was off street parking. It was quiet and the linen clean. It was clean, apart from the tub chair in the main bedroom needs to be thrown out. Steep stairs. Wouldn't be great for heavy bags or mobility issues. It suited my needs in location for the night. Wouldn't stay there again.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Large rooms and bathroom. Arrived after hours and was an easy process to access the unit. Very helpful. Highly recommend these apartments and nice and quiet. Bed was great to sleep in!

Cozy and quiet apartment hotel. Owners are very kind and our room had 2 floors so it's very smart choice for small group trip like 2 families with kids.

After staying with this hotel for a longer period of time I paid this man $200 every morning which he asked me to have by 10am not one minute later which is undstandable but one morning I slept past 10am and woke up to this man standing above me asking for my money. At the end of my stay after doing a general clean of a hotel he refused to give my bond back saying he had been entering when I wasn’t at the place and took photos of dishes, any rubbish and I lost money during this stay.can only imagine why. I also was paying for a 3 bedroom apartment and he had two bedrooms locked, I am appalled by this man and how he has taken advantage of a young girl who had no where else to stay at the time. Shame on you and your terrible people skills

“4 Star Serviced Apartments” of which they are neither. Stayed for a week and our room hasn't been serviced. Cleared out the minibar and hasn't been restocked. Their loss I guess. No replacement shampoos, soaps or towels. Owners seem confused whenever you speak, and I have to explain things differently each time, they seem unhappy to interact with you.

Apartments themselves are actually pretty good, they're big and spacious and include washer, dryer and air conditioned bedrooms. To bad the parking lot is on the opposite side of the property and requires you to park your car, exit the properly and walk along a public street to re-enter the property on the other side, walk down the end and then finally get to your serviced apartment.

Moonee Ponds is a pretty bland and dead suburb too. High population but no real reason to be here. Tourists should look elsewhere as there is much better places on offer.

Overall the value is still good for short notice, big multi-room accommodation. These aren't hotel rooms, they are full houses which is pretty neat.

My in laws booked us this place to stay over xmas. We had 3 children and all had their own rooms. Fans were in the bedrooms that didnt have aircons so it worked out really well. Was very central to everywhere we needed to get to in Melbourne. We had a minor issue which was fixed immediately. Very impressed. Only downfall was our Ranger did not fit in the garage but was still able to park outside our apartment.

Nice simple hotel, very homely. Good value for money $260 for a two-story apartment with separate rooms (on short notice). Convenient proximity to the Melbourne Showgrounds. Was great for an overnight stay. A few small issues with maintenance but it was easy to see efforts had been made to maintain the rooms. A good no frills hotel, not lacking in the necessities, I would for sure recommend giving the Moonee Valley Views a chance if you're in the area.

Exactly what I needed for my one night stay, an quiet, comfortable home away from home where my dog could stay with me. The code system was very convenient as I could arrive and leave again outside office hours without any hassle and the price was quite reasonable. Will stay again if future trips require an overnight stay:)

Place was nice and clean. But beds were rock hard and haven't slept for two nights. The other bedrooms in our apartment are locked, even the sofa bed was padlocked. Bit of a joke really.

Old apartments but close to shops and the city. Location is the key. Place was also maintained well. No hassles while check in/checkout. Would recommend for short visits.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Moonee Valley Views apartments from 3/10/2014 to the 5/10/2014, the staff were very friendly, the unit was very tidy and I would certainly recommend these apartments. Thanks very much Tony.
