Moonee Ponds West Primary School

As a former student from a year ago, this school is good. Great books at the library, nice teachers, great play area and nice community. The only problem I have have about the school is the lack of homework and the amount of things you can get away with. My friends and I would casually download Youtube videos and watch movies on the schools laptops.

I made good friends but didn't learn much, Kim Simmons was the best teacher ever though, she taught me a lot, definitely my favourite teacher there.

I'm currently in my senior years in this school and it's been really great. The staff members were nice and friendly and I made lots of friends through out the years. I'll miss this school.

Loved my time at this school, as I am now in high school. Friendly teachers and nice learning environment. Was easy to get help when I needed it with work, or help understanding something. Loved doing the specialists like Japanese and Creative arts.

It's been wonderful for our three children.
There is a big emphasis on social skills, kindness, inclusivity and responsibility.
The teaching is tailored to the child resulting in all three being offered, and accepting, advanced academic places at secondary school (with no home tutor).

We've found this school to be excellent for both of our daughters. They place a strong emphasis on social development and helping the kids become confident in groups and with people of all ages, not just the academic side of things.
