Zosia is amazing. She came to my house and gave me some lessons on using my Moxie and Prostitcher Lite. She is such a great teacher! I finally feel confident to use the machine after 3 years of owning it. And when I had trouble updating the machine she dropped everything and came out to fix it. I will never go anywhere else for sewing machine needs. All the staff at Moonee Ponds Sewing are truly lovely and helpful. Thanks!

Very friendly & welcoming. They helped me pick a new overlocker & delivered it to my house at no extra charge. And when I was experiencing some issues with it, Zoshar not only assisted me by testing the machine, she dropped it off at my place afterwards. Excellent service.
