 Got there at 4 o'clock, he closes at 5. Not reliable, wouldn't go there, he might not be there.

Had a weird key to cut, a children's electric quad bike. It was a chance it wouldn't work, but success!

He's good, and honest. Can't ask for much more.

Got my watch repaired here. Quick and efficient, the (owner?) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Had a broken car key. Guy at the counter could have easily charged me $100+ for a new one but took the time to explain how the chip in the key worked and that I could technically still use it with a bit of manoeuvring. Appreciate him taking the time to explain it all to me.

Very rude. He said he was too busy to even talk to me. I would never go to this business again.

Rude customer service, unhelpful at all, and extremely expensive.

I needed to have the blade cut of my spare remote control, nothing more or less.
But the guy there didn't accept to do this simple thing, and suggested to gimme a new remote control with flip key and program it for $250. Why do I need it if I have a second remote already? And why can't you do this simple work if you can do the much harder one?
Just a scam

P.s: I have got my key cut for $50 somewhere else.

So glad to have Tommy's Keys Plus my neighbourhood. Tommy gives excellent customer service, conveniently, quickly, reliably and with good value.

Tommy salvaged my car key that went through the washing machine, saving me a small fortune. He also replaced the battery and pressure tested my watch to make sure it was waterproof. Got remotes from him too. This guy can fix anything! He is my 'go to' guy for all things access.
