Nice Korean restaurant located on Lonsdale St. Had tasty and filling meals and were reasonably priced. Staff were quick with service and friendly. Ordered:

Garlic soy fried chicken ½ serve: $23 (5/5)
- Approximately 6 large pieces of boneless fried chicken covered in a beautiful soy garlic sauce, and a handful of leafy greens on the side. Reccomend this dish.

Beef bugolgi: $21.90 (5/5)
- The flavours in the dish were delicious, came with a side of kimchi and rice.

Overall, would go back to this restaurant again and reccomend this place to others.

There was a lot of meat and all the side dishes were delicious! The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasant dinner

Ordered a yukhwe bibimbap and it was really good. Generous portion, fresh raw beef and kimchi. There’s a buffet in the corner, you can get some kimchi and small dishes. K-bbq and fried chicken are also looks delicious.

It’s so cheap at only AUD 12! Tastes better than sinjeon
My friend ordered seafood tofu soup which was also very good.

This is my favorite korean restaurant!
You can enjoy lunch special when you come in lunch time!

I've been here several times and I'm always very satisfied.
The amount is good and there aren't many places to go when you want to eat Korean food in the city, but this place has a menu for multiple people, so it's really good!

Great little Korean pub with a delicious menu at reasonable prices and friendly and homely atmosphere.

Definitely not go back again… the portion beef bulgogi was shocking….
And weekend had surcharge as well (both Saturday and Sunday)

Ordered from uber eat their cold noodles. They packed 1 container box for noodles and soup (soup already pour over the noodles) which is a big NO NO for noodles take-away dishes. As a result, noodles sucked up all the soup and became soggy mixture, noodles fell a part when it suppose to be chewy texture.
Cost more than $20 and received inedible slop.

Wow, the quality of their food has improved significantly over the past few months! Now they serve BBQ which is grilled by the staff on the table right in front of you and comes with different side dishes, rice and soup. They were all very delicious and authentic, and the size/volume of the meat is definitely worthy of a look at least once! We also ordered fruit cocktail rice wine which was actually like fruit flavoured makgeolli slushy and it was also yummy and tasted new to me. We enjoyed their food and friendly service very much and I think we’ll go back there more often from now on.

The food is pretty good here and I love the Kimchi Soup, also the BBQ. Highly Recommend and Love the Korean Food!

You guys have to try the dumpling. We ordered it as the snack but it was too good to stop and we ordered twice. Definitely will come back again for another dishes.

Great as always. Sadly menu has shrunk again. Quality is still great and seemingly better due to the smaller menu.
The kfc is always good and the Samgtye tang is something i woulf recommened when you are feeling under the weather.
Today (01/08/22) i had Spicy beef spare rib, it was served with rice and is delicious, abit spicy and very hearty and filling
The dumplings are great as a starter or side.

Tried their fried chicken, Kim chi jigae soup (best hangover cure dish), spare rib soup (perfection) and beef bulgogi. The interior is so cute with fairy lights and the staff is so cute and very very polite and pleasant.

I love coming here.

After tasting some Korean fried chicken out there, Mookji is considered as one of the best so far. I rate this which based on the crunchiness and the sauce taste. However, I feel there is an inconsistency in the cooking as I have had the same menu within these two months.

Couple of months ago I had the best smoked garlic soy chicken, yet last night it tasted differently. I could taste the sweet and umaminess with a generous amount of sauce. Yet last night, salty was overpower the taste. I would say it was sill good, but I would prefer the previous one.

Despite above matter, all others were okay. The snow chicken, pancake, and of course the bulgogi squid were amazing.

Loved the mackerel i would definitely order it again. I also ordered the korean cheese chicken probably my favorite. I was so excited i forgot to take a photo. And the staff is super friendly too!

Menu changed, very disappointed. Miss the old menu and food choices not sure if this has to do with changes in owner or chefs, it would continue to lost many loyal customers if they don’t change it back

Amazing service, SUCH GOOD FOOD AND KIND STAFF. It was raining very heavily and we were all soaked wet and everywhere else was fully books and we went to Mookjibar. We told the staff 9 people and they were able to give us a table quick despite the restaurant being full.
The food was amazing especially the bulgogi and the mackarel. I finished the food in 10 minutes because it was insanely good. WILL DEFINITELY return. (:

The food is terrible since the COVID-19 begins, not sure what happens to them. I have never eaten anything that bad in my life.

The quality of the food is very good, perhaps because the new chef is from the Korean master chef.
