Had a leak in my roof and called Jamie on a Sunday night and he responded asap and came out the next morning.
Reasonable prices and did a good job with no hassles.

The guys were great, quick response for a quote and were able to make the repairs on the same day. Highly recommend!

What I hadn't mentioned in my above review is that when the guys came past they were here for a good few hours until the light was failing. Jamie came and spoke to me, telling me the pointing was "90% done" but they were running out of light and needed to come back. Jamie asked me to pay the bill, even though the job wasn't finished, he said "I'll just ask for $750, to keep me honest" and I was to pay the remaining $100 when he came back. Jamie rescheduled twice, then asked for the remaining $100 to cover the remaining materials. I took this as reassurance that he would finally be coming to finish the job.

After multiple failed attempts at rescheduling and no shows, it's clear to me that I'll never have my roof finished by Moody's Roofing.

If I had the opportunity to make the choice again, I'd never use them.

I hired Jamie as a subcontractor to do a roof repair in Werribee. All he had to do was replace about 6 broken tiles and repoint a ridge. Something that should have taken him 2 hours took him 3 days always coming up with an excuse as to why he couldn’t finish the job or why he couldn’t come. He insisted the owner pay him directly saying that he needed money for materials but always failing to turn up the following day with the owner ringing me constantly and me having to chase Jamie to finish the job. Im still waiting to be paid for the job 2 weeks later with Jamie ignoring my phone calls. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and baffled how he still operates. He does jobs and when there is an issue he puts the blame on others leaving homeowners having to chase him through vcat at their own expense leaving them more out of pocket as he has no assets from which they can be compensated for (just have a read at some of his other reviews where customers have gone to vcat with him) I gave Jamie the benefit of the doubt on a couple of occasions giving him a bit of work here and there after he rang me a couple of times asking if I had any extra work as he was quite but with every job he done there was an issue which I had to rectify costing me money and time. Don’t waste your money or time as it will cost you more in the long term and don’t give him any money up front as you will end up having to chase him up daily and phone calls won’t be answered and if he does answer he will come up with an excuse as to why he can’t make it

Jamie and the team at moodys roofing were fantastic my roof was leaking so i called moodys roofing jamie came out straight away gave me awesome advise he fixed the leek and did a roof inspection we decided to get a re-bed and point done we paid a small deposit it took two days i could not be more impressed so happy could not fault jamie or moodys roofing in anyway so happy would recommend jamie and his company u will not be sorry

Jamie and the team at Moody's roofing did an excellent job Jamie told me about every step off the roof restoration from cleaning the roof then re-beding pointing changing tiles then three coats off paint really wonderful job moodys roofing quality is second two none Jamie has so much experience an knowledge witch made me feel safe in my decision to go with Moody's roofing I have a few pic to show off this wonderful job I'm just so happy with it and Jamie was fast from quote to finish everything speedy and efficient I was lucky to get them tho as Jamie had attended my mates house at 1am for a roof leek my mate was rapped also happy with the price he thought would be a lot more so when I was looking to have my roof done he said use Moody's roofing there the best I am so happy I made that call thx Moody's roofing awesome job

Jamie the owner off moody’s roofing was traffic he ran me over every stage of my roof restoration and explained everything I need him to the job was awesome moody’s roofing made it look like new could not be happier every roof tile looking brand new the pointing looks like glass could not be happier if u looking for a roofing contractor call Jamie from moody’s roofing u will not be disappointed

This guy Jamie 'Moody's roofing' is a roofer from hell. Has not followed through on the promise of 7 year warranty, paint has peeled, replaced tiles with cracked/broke tiles, caused a leak which I had to get someone else to fixed, house now has different coloured tiles on it.

Arranged over a 9 month period, several times for him to come back and make good, and cancelled/postponed all except one of them.

I gave him one final opportunity with a letter of demand, still did not make good. Will now put a VCAT claim. Don't Use This Guy you will regret it.

I'm sorry Jamie but I have given you numerous opportunities to rectify your poor workmanship over the course of the last 6 months, to which you have cancelled every single time. So I disagree, you should be dropping everything to right your wrongs immediately. I have been more than fair.

Good service delivery. Jamie was exceptionally good. Fixed my roof within an hour of request with reasonable price. He not only did what I requested but also checked the whole roof and fixed other minor issues with no extra charges. Excellent personality as well.

I have used this company twice now as I believe Jamie truly takes a lot of pride in his work and looks after his customers. First time round he repaired a leaky roof and checked over the rest of my roof at a very affordable price. 6 months later and not a drop of rain has gotten through. Today he was back for a different job, I recently had some rats get through a gap between some tiles and make a lot of noise in my ceiling. Whilst the rats were professionally removed by another company, I gave Jamie a call to inspect my roof again and he was here within 2 hours and found a number of potential entry points which he sealed up. Reliable and friendly as always.

Moody's roofing restored my tiled roof and it looks incredible! I could not be happier with the quality of work done and would honestly recommend Moody's roofing to anyone needing their roof restored.
