It was a returned service. And the second time around, I got superb service: 1. My Montblanc watch details and cause of this service was taken. Very clear and customer-focused. 2. I felt very welcomed and even got great advice from their watch expert.

Thanks to Lina and her team. Well done! You pay premium service to one of the world's respected brands, you get even better service! Montblanc anytime, all the time!

Just purchased a 146 Around the World in 80 days. However, we went into the store knowing what I wanted, the general sales staff had little to no product knowledge and struggled to understand what a 146 is and tried to recommend other pens. All we wanted to do was see the pen in other trims to select the perfect gift. However, Jessica stepped in to help and was helpful but did initially engrave the incorrect pen. But I strongly feel the teams members in the BTQ receive the correct training to assist future customers.

Very disappointing experience: my husband and I, being huge fans of Montblanc, with a collection of Montblanc pens between us, visited your Chadstone store today.
We recently moved back to Melbourne from overseas. I would’ve expected your staff to be trained to the same high standards of customer service worldwide. Definitely not so!
We purchased 4 refills today (we took the pens in with us).
Our expectation was that they would put the new refills into the pens and give the pens a bit of a shine.
Are my expectations unrealistic after living overseas for 30 years?
I don’t think so!
When one pays big bucks, there’s always a certain level of service that’s expected & required, right?
All we got was a whole lot of expensive paper packaging (please consider the trees & the planet) which got binned as soon as we got home, but NOT a level of customer service that we would’ve remembered forever! No smile, no offer to change refills or shine our pens, no introduction to new products……it was all very robotic. We requested if the engraving on our pens could be made to look more prominent. They were least interested (this was a service provided by Montblanc in Dubai).
Fast forward to next stop at Chadstone mall; a corner shop selling 30 dollar iPhone covers. The salesperson there not only sold us the covers with a smile on her face. She took our old phone covers off and gave our iPhone a good clean and polish before putting the new cases on - no fancy paper bags, but good old fashioned service that we’ll never forget!
Which store do you think we’ll recommend and return to?
Not the former, but the latter!
Montblanc - you need to take a leaf out of the books of your partner stores in other parts of the world!

I had a great time at the Montblanc Chadstone store last week with my friend. The sales person was very kind and knowledgeable about the products. She took her time and helped me pick out several gifts for my family. Will definitely be back in the future.

Recently I was given a lovely Montblanc pen that my friends had gotten me from the Collins St store. After receiving the pen I was regaled with stories about the older lady at the Chadstone store who had treated my groups of friends appallingly. Their experience was described as “horrible” with the lady refusing to be helpful and refusing to sell them a very expensive pen with a full ink cartridge after finding it had previously been used as a demo, the lady then refused to assist with engraving the pen for me. Collins St store went out of their way to help my friends and gave them a positive experience, go there, avoid this store.

I've tried to call their number dozens of times over the last few weeks with a simple question about a product that would take them ten seconds to answer. They just never answer other phone.

Mont blanc say their products are inspired by the highest peak in European Alps.symbolising excellence.
I've had no reason to doubt this having dealt and purchased products before at the Collins St store.
It was this reason last Tuesday I decided I needed a new belt.so I went to the chadatone store 5 min before closing.
Upon entering I was greeted by x2 sales people (one vacuuming and one was standing around). I didn't mind this at all, as I understood they were about to close. The lady vacuuming advised me they were about to close in a few minutes, but that I was allowed in.great.
I told the 2 sales women that I just wanted to buy a belt and walked straight to the belt section at the end of the store. X1 women disappeared as she finished vacuuming and x1 sales lady didn't move from the entrance at the middle of the store and asked me at the middle of the store. A good 5m away/shout away.if I needed help. I said yes and that I wanted to buy a belt (i already reasearched online). She came over and said I couldn't buy it, that their computers were all turned off and that she could send me a payment link the next day and pick up amother time. I declined this offer because I needed a belt now. I asked her what could I do to pick up this belt now, and she said nothing could be done. My wife then walked in.and she asked again the sales person to confirm if I could just buy the belt and walk away with it, and she again repeated the same line. We then walked out of the store empty handed.
Now, I understand everyone is excited about home time, that the young generation is all about this new "quiet quitting" fad, but for people with the disposable income to buy luxury products (generally high performing and successful individuals), this is just the pleasant way of describing low performance individuals who dont have pride in their work or maybe individuals who don't have high goals in their job.which isn't what the face of Mont Blanc (the sales associates) should be.
So this has just completely put me off the brand, which is very unfortunate as I do like their pens very much.

I was given this $2000 pen. Use for 2 week. Pen broke inside and fell apart. They want to charge me to fix their failed product. I have purchased many Montblanc pens and watches over the years. I told them to keep the $2000 pen as I am not paying a service fee every 2 weeks and everything I sign a contact it will have the bad luck of a poor quality product. Keep the pen Jerry.

Poor service. Fair warning to all- takes a week to organize a refund. Needs to “go through head office”. Bureaucracy! Worse than 1960s public service

Great experience and service! Jerry went above and beyond to accommodate me and been very helpful, he is very commendable!

This isn't just a shop to buy a nice watch, but a place to learn and share ideas. I love the fact that the staff are very knowledgeable and not pushy about sales. They want you to have a complete horological experience!

If you ever stop by this boutique, ask for Jerry Lo and you won't regret!

Warranty is meaningless from this company, both on Sunglasses and Pens. Do not buy from Mont Blanc if you are expecting any after sales service. Plastic nose pads on my sunglasses broke off and the company made no effort to rectify and rejected the Warranty claim, despite clearly having made a design change in newer models with a metal insert in the nose pads. Same for my brother in laws pen, a plastic thread securing two halves of the pen together wore out because he clipped it inside his pant pocket and they charged him a huge amount for repairs. Very disappointing service, essentially accusing us both of misuse when in reality the design was poor.

I would like to state we are loyal customers of Montblanc. Having purchased their latest gadgets. It was when I returned with a product with unexpected break that I had to experience an entirely different attitude. Mind you the original sales team was superb. However, I should add after my appalling experience in the shop I took this matter further and thanks to the global customer service and of course the Australian customer service was I offered a replacement. By the way we took this matter further no thanks to Chadstone sales personnel.
Sadly, they could not replace a small firm plastic attachment. I am grateful to the global customer service for dealing with this matter as it should have been. It is offensive to be accused of damaging a product of a company we cherish.
All I can say is my future purchases from Mont Blanc would be from the Sydney branch who went beyond their call to listen to our grievances.
I just would like to add this has been my first review and I have made this effort to assist other purchaser to be mindful. When one is busy it is finding the time to sort these issues out one can struggle.
Finally, I appreciate the phone call of apology I received from the sales personnel at Mont Blanc Chadstone.

I have the highest respect for the Montblanc brand, and I was a happy owner of a Legend Night bottle. This one has nothing to do with the Night version. The opening is very energetic, you receive a lot of fresh citrus and a bit of lavender (which I love) like a punch in the face. Vibrant head notes. This store is lovely also.

Amazing service and knowledge provided by Martin at the Chadstone Boutique. Went in on 3/12/20 for a Xmas gift which I am thrilled with. Was offered complimentary engraving which came out beautiful and my gift was also wrapped to perfection. Will definitely be back when I’m needing a special gift again.

Extremely poor customer service. Staff are poorly trained on Mont Blanc products. Bought a new wallet and had it personalized with embossing initials on it. They were supposed to use cursive fonts but they ended up using block letters. Could not even check their work as it was all wrapped up. Worse Mont Blanc store ever visited.
