Monta Verde

We received the chicken Monta verde, the creamy sauce was delicious!
Ordered 2 large gourmet pizzas and the ingredients provided were quality king prawns and not shrimps! The Greek style pizza topped with tzaziki sauce is my next order! This restaurant are always welcoming and the staff provided really friendly service to us!
We’ll be back Monta!

Dont get me wrong. I love the pizza. But seriously trying to pass off skate or stingray flaps and chopped up bit of crabstick off as scallops in a well and truly over cooked seafood basket. Not cool. For $27 dollars i should get what i pay for. Speaking from 20 years experience in the wholesale/retail seafood industry your attempt at scallops is disgraceful.

Ordered and arrived in good time But my sons pizza was squashed into one side of the box and looked like it was on a wrap it was so thin, not as much topping as usual.
My pizza looked better but very soggy base and not like it normally is.both bases soggy and we had to roll the pieces up to eat without it totally sagging. No idea what happened as this was our favourite place for pizza, hope the problem is fixed or we will go elsewhere.

Pretty disappointed.we ordered dinner at 5.40.we were told it would be ready at 6.it is now 6.45 and we are still waiting.this isn't really good enough. I am pregnant and if I don't eat within a certain time frame I become nauseas and ill.we ordered our meal at 5.40.if we were told the truth up front this would not be an issue.pretty over it.we won't be back.

Great 5 star meals! All staff taking precaution during the pandemic, wearing Face masks and gloves, sanitizer for staff also provided! Long wait but worth the wait! Great job to this family owned business

So grateful these champions are still open for delivery after 8pm - absolute relief on a Friday night - Legends hard at work (professional driver too - Had their mask on and still managed to reflect their frieldliness from a distance as I confirmed my order) - the Pizza is great and we ended up fighting over that lasagna!

Just had my pizza and was really nice. However when i picked up the pizza i found 1 guy not wearing a mask at all and many of the males working, had there mask below their nose. Only the girls were doing the right thing.
I will not be back. Not worth the risk

You have to know this place is GOOD!
it is fantastic pizza, fresh toppings, actual pineapple, for sure, are the BBQ AND PIZZA base sauces HOMEMADE.

Delishious! There was a mistake when ordering online and they promptly delieved the right order. Will definitely be coming back the pasta was amazing!

My experience here was well below average.
Ordered the Carbonara, Chicken Parma & a Hawaiian Pizza. Well firstly the pizza didn’t arrive and when we called, we were brushed off to call Uber to deal with the issue. The lady was quite rude and blunt about the whole issue not being their fault and that she can’t and won’t help us.
As for the other items, the carbonara was tasteless and the chicken Parma was burnt.
Both the food and the customer service have left a bad taste in our mouths.
We won’t be returning here.

Have been happy until now, but on 8/4/20 you delivered 30 mins later than promised and it was almost cold.

Used to love this place and order regularly, placed an order through Uber (easier than calling when with friends) half the order didn’t arrive, when I called to let them know, was then lectured about how it wasn’t there problem and was then told I was being rude for daring to ask to place ANOTHER PAID order directly to replace my missing pizza and that the issue with Uber isn’t there problem.

Won’t be ordering from here again, directly or via Uber, customer service is what really lets this place down. (As per the majority of the negative comments about this place) had this happen a few times now so def won’t be giving it another shot, Shame cause the food is (generally) not bad.

Amazing, we were very excited after lifting our pizza lids to see such generous chunky toppings even more excited eating it, will definantly be ordering again. Been working my way through menulog to find a decent pizza place and iv found it. Thankyou

Massive menu, mega tasty food, reasonable wait time on a busy night, friendly and helpful staff. Doesn't get much better for your local pizza place!

20mins late dry chicken on the pizza and strips of capsicum the size of one of the slices and not advertised hot salami on the American

I’ve ordered a couple of times now and both times the food has been adequate. Restaurant is happy to accomodate changes to dishes (removal of items) but the quality of the food varies. The chicken risotto is very yummy and I recommend it! The chips however where overcooked and burnt, and the scallop potatoes where undercooked and still hard. Gravy also very watery.

It was no trouble for the team to use the lactose free cheese I bought. It was the first pizza my 7yo has ever had from a pizza shop with cheese. The joy on her face was enough for me to call Monta Verde the best.

Have been ordering pizza from here for many many years. Last 12months it’s gone down hill. Last order we asked for *no bbq sauce* as son has allergies and pizza came drowned in bbq sauce! Jalapeños on Mexicana were put on after pizza was cooked and pizza was cold and soggy. I spoke to a helpful lady who said they’d collect the pizzas and give a refund. Kept pizza aside. Waited days. Still nothing. Manager “Allen” was rude and accused me of lying because he didn’t see the pizzas and says we ate them (even though I called up right away for them to be collected). I wouldn’t lie all for $40! This *used to be* the best pizza shop for miles! What a shame!

If you owned a pizza shop within a 20km radius you'll go belly up. Do not entertain any other.consistantly awesome, fresh, balanced, cooked to perfection every menu item! Trust me thrashed em! Never a bum steer.
