MONSTERA Nail Salon [acrylic sns shellac eyelash extensions spa]

A friend recommended this nail salon to me and I had to drive all the way from Windsor to try it. It was definitely worth the drive – the staff is knowledgeable and skilled, and the salon is clean and welcoming.

I recently moved to Malvern and was looking for a new nail salon. After trying a few different places, I finally found this gem in St Kilda. The service is great and my nails always look fantastic.

I've been a regular customer at Monstera Nails & Spa for several months now, and I'm always impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. The staff greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel valued as a customer. Additionally, the salon is always impeccably clean and hygienic.

Very disappointed, 3 times the girl doing it picked her nose. Once getting a bogey out and wiping it on the towel my feet were on. Absolutely disgusting!
Don’t believe their 5 star reviews, they are putting fake ones to get their Google rating up. Shocking dishonesty tooo!
Unsure about owner’s response to mine.
Seems like instead of training their staff in appropriate professionalism. “ don’t pick your nose and talk in your own dialogue”
I’m also unsure about the drinking accusations! Interesting door out I guess!

They were pretty busy and the service is a but slow.
Overall got the job done and place is neat and tidy.

The salon is nice, clean and fancy but the most important thing is how amazing, profesional and caring the ladies are. Today I went to do my nails for the first time and I picked nail polish, prize-quality is pretty good. On my way to catch the tram I dropped my MyKi and one of my nails got ruin, I had a meeting at the CBD and I couldn’t come back until 6 hours after. I explained the lady what happened and she fixed my nail. I offered to pay them but they refused. I was happy with my results but this little detail, totally got me. They have a client for life now.

Over booked appointments smelled terrible went in to get a design told me they couldn't do that despite doing it for everybody else bad communication told me they couldn't do a nail decal and told me to choose a block color no care for customers only in it for money

They are understaffed and overbooked. Hence, the service is very rushed. There were quite a few communication challenges. I ended up with lots of sns glue on my skin and cuticles, which now look pretty damaged.

The girls at Monstera produced exceptionally shaped almond shaped sns. They perfected the shape and added additional layers. The quality and professionalism of the end result is next to no other. Definetly reccomend! X

I came here on Tuesday and I can’t tell you how please I am with the job they did! I religiously get my nails done every 3-4 weeks and haven’t found a business nearly as proficient, quick and with excellent attention to detail as this. I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic nail salon, I've always gotten beautiful results here and the customer service is fantastic. I always trust them to do a good job of my nails, pedicures and manicures have both lasted a long time after being here compared to other salons.

I was charged for a mistake of an employee cutting my tip or the nails too short. When i spoke up, about it she told me she was going to charge me to take the tips off and redo them. It was her mistake for not doing the length i asked. She wanted to charge me for the shape and the removal of the tips she cut to short. I told her i was NOT going to pay for her mistake might I add they’re credit card machine was “not working” I told her to take them off. She was very rough and damaged my nails. I will not be coming back. Horrible experience

These ladies do really detailed work. My SNS nails turned out perfect and just the right shape.

Good nail service and they have massage chair. Girls are helpful and quiet. I did eyebrow waxing and had some tear of skin (which is common) and Sarah took really good care of me.

Loved my new nails today! The girls were able to do the exact design I wanted:) super happy thank you!
