I saw one of their patrol cars driving down Koornang road today. It was a very ugly and offensive sight. I wish they would take their vehicles elsewhere. Their signage is skanky pollution. They think they are Victoria Police. NOT!

Desperate company! Resorts to writing their own positive reviews. Very questionable character of owners, managers and current staff.dodgy as.

Hello, Work Safe, can you please come back? I don't want to lose my livelihood for my family, but I feel like I am trapped in a Cult, led by a Psychopath. Please help. I have been thrown in a black hole by MONJON many times and had to pawn my wedding ring and Children's future to pay the rent.please help. I can not afford the $60.00 to lodge a complaint and be sacked.

I am in talks with my lawyers in regards to continued suffering of PTSD, that I am still continuing to experience caused directly by MONJON and his "management" practices.

Quality professional security service. I have worked here for 4 years now. Seeing some of the reviews from ex employees will at least give future employees a guide to the lack of character of some.

Bad experience. Live and learn. Avoid these people. There are better Security out there. We did not hesitate in removing monjon company. So disappointed in service. Sad.

DO NOT USE! Liars to clients, and and staff. Unjustified cost increases to clients annual fees. But pay increases not passed onto staff for up to 5 years. Less than minimum penalty rates required. Threaten any raising of grievances. Extreme verbal abuse from senior management to employees. Intimidating treatment by threats of job loss. Extremely poor management communication skills. Proven high staff turnover due to poor treatment, conditions, paying penalty rates etc. A disgrace compared to the few legitimate professional security companies. DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER!

Security guards walk around shopping centre's with steel cap boots when asked about them they had no idea that they are illegal except for construction sites. He was also to busy to talk to me as he was on his phone talking to friends this is another nail in the security industry

Absolutely cruel people not giving permanent position in company only casual role and making to work in weekend without penalty rates whenever they want change the shifts and forcefully make you to follow totally dictator

They don’t deserve my time So not going to write much. But wish if I could give ratings in minus Cz that’s what they deserve.

They lied to me at their scamming fraudulent "induction" and then they used and abused me non-stop after signing up. When I walked out they kept the $600.00 uniform bond that they stole from my pay over a 3 month period. They are a nasty nest of rock spiders. Stay right away!

Atrocious and nauseating people to deal with. Awful service for amount paid. Very dodgy operators. They are a slimy, ugly stain on the very fabric of society. Avoid like the plague.

They would not allow me time off to spend with my family over the holiday period. I gave them plenty of notice before hand. They threatened that I would not have a job to come back to. They expect me to help them out for slave wages? , but would not return the favour. KEEP YOUR JOB. I can take job full time from many, many other companies, for more money and respect! Eat my dust Monjon!

Probably the worst security company ever I do not know how they stay in business they have no idea what they are doing apparently it's ok not to tell the client they are not attending to the alarm even if it is a potential serious security breach they are a pathetic excuse of a security company

I worked at this company Monjon from September 2015 until approximately November 2016. They are the absolute worst! They treat their workers like rubbish! They have absolute zero or even less than that of duty of care! A typical week is 5 days on 1 day off plus a standby which they expect you to to available for even though they don't pay you for being on standby! Herman Pinto is a total C#%T acts like he's straight from the Gestapo or similar! For several months i worked at shopping centre at Point Cook 1400 to 2330 then next day 0700 to 1900. They dont care what conditions you are in so long as they have a Security Guard on site for their beloved clients! I asked for their assistance to help me when i was getting physically threatened by youth gangs at Central Square shopping centre and i was the one abused by Monjon management when they came out to interview me about the situation ' you'll just have to put up with it i was told! To which I replied well i bloody well wont put up with it! I could go on and on and on about Monjon! But suffice to say with a huge red flag for warning PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

I am new to security industry. Before joining Monjon I read all these reviews but ignored them. I thought I will only work for a few months just to get the experience and move on to other companies. Trust me I totally regret joining Monjon. I don't want to go into the details but my experience working with them was so awful that I don't even want to work in security industry. Working with Monjon felt like I was living in 18th century. Monjon treats their guards like slaves. Working 12 hours shift with no breaks (not even toilet breaks) is a norm here. $23 flat rate including night shift and weekend is simply a joke.

This company doesn’t tick my boxes! Owner has some nasty accusations against him. Security or stand over? Most reviews are very daming. Anyone recommend another company?

The owner and self titled "Security Expert" is a black eye to the Private Security Industry. Disgraceful conduct. Shameful behaviour.

Owner is a bully and disrespectful towards women.worst company to work for. Pay is under award and staff treated unfairly. Don't work for them!

Big diff between 1 star and 5. Those rating 5 obviously employees which I can’t understand would want to work for a “tough” guy that pushes women around
