Monica's Salon / Cape 93

No idea how this salon has so many stars. Can only assume it’s friends.
I phoned to ask about a full head of foils to which I was asked, ’who are you? ’ really rudely. I felt immediately uncomfortable, but gave my name, to which she snapped, ’have you been here before? ’
It felt shady, the way she was reacting.
I’ve been asked these questions every time I go to or phone a hairdressers but never in this manner as though a new customer irritated her.
I was then told that she could do a half head of foils at a later date, which usually I’d be fine with but she was so rude that I said I’d get back to her.
I was midway through thanking her for her time (literally, ’thank you for your…’) and she just hung up on me…
I guess some people have the luxury of being rude where others are struggling for work.

My family are regular patrons at Monica's Salon here in Rosebud. Excellent staff & highly experienced.

I have been that client wanting to go from dark to blonde and get squeezed in after lockdown, yet nothing is too big of an ask for them.
After feeling like a bother just making enquiries with other hairdressers I was pleasantly surprised by Monicas optimistic can-do attitude, and instantly felt in safe hands. Rachael and Brooke are also so good at what they do and getting my hair done at Monicas makes me feel like a whole new person when I leave.

I cannot thank these girls enough. I had such a horrible experience at another salon that I left in tears but the girls at Monica’s made me feel like not all hope was lost! They lady listened to me and understood that I knew I need a big haircut but I couldn’t bring myself to say goodbye to my length! So she helped me find a middle ground and talked me through everything every step of the way. I felt like I was truely listened to and not to much trouble because I was unsure of what I really wanted! I will happily be returning here to get frequent trims and when my hair is healthy again I will be starting my colouring process here because I feel like I found somewhere that I can truely trust with my hair and it’s an amazing feeling!

Just want to say a big heartfelt thank you to Monica for looking after me and doing a lovely job on my hair. Having been displaced by the fire that destroyed our home in Mallacoota I was in desperate need of some pampering and Monica did just that, free of charge. I am eternally grateful

Monica and girls always beautiful to my aged mother in law and always set her hair just the way she liked it.and Chelsea cared for my mother and mother in law's nails, she always made their nails look pretty, they came out feeling great
