We were dealing with the sale of a property and had a lot of positive help from Ramya Neelamegam who was very professional and calm in all our dealings, even when there were times where I found myself getting rather frustrated, particularly with ING and their lawyers, Dentons. My wife and I did not have such a happy experience with the woman employed at Monica Shamon Lawyers who drew up the contract of sale, the Section 32 and all those documents and I am sorry to say that Ramya received some of the backwash from that very negative experience. I felt we were being asked to do the running around and the legwork that is integral to the conveyancing process that we were paying them to do. However, as I said, dealing with Ramya was not like that at all.
