Absolutely extremely happy with the whole process of getting a loan through money lab and if you can try to ask for daniel D. Really was able to help me when everyone else said no.

Our dealings with Moneylab has been great. Kristina Bogdanovic and her team have set up our SMSF and made a lengthy process easy. Jamie Stokes saved us a lot if money with low interest rates and a good set up that inceased our cashflow. Thoroughly recommend.

Sage D'Costa is the most professional and attentive financial planner I have worked with. Really listens to your needs and goes above and beyond with Customer Service and could not recommend him more highly. Would give a 5 Star Review if it was purely about the finance side of the business. A pity that the brokerage side of the business has not got the same commitment, passion and structure. Lost my business due to a lack of customer responsiveness, being let down on numerous occasions and continually given different stories. If they had Sage working with them on the brokerage side of the business they would be much better to deal with.

The Guys at money for Jam, Jackson, Kaine and Dan provided me with heaps of assistance for my first time acquiring finance and made purchasing the car quick and efficient. Highly reccomend these guys and you will not be disappointed.

After struggling to get a finance with other banks and mortgage brokers to purchase our home we decided to try moneylab and it was the best decision we ever made. I tried getting finance for a land through these guys- extremely unprofessional, disorganised and don’t know what they are doing. I had dealt with Joel L and experience was very poor and they could not get finance finalised even after extending the finance period twice. Kept asking for same documents multiple times wasting weeks of finance period, would not return calls, not respond to emails and would outright lie about the status of application with the bank. Even for a straightforward application, they would suggest shady ways to get the loan approved- Please avoid at all costs! After wasting time with them for 6 weeks, I went to the bank directly and got it approved and finalised within a week.
I would recommend going to the bank directly or try other brokers in the market but avoid this dishonest lot.

Very professional, always answered my questions and doubts, plus got the financing and settlements in quick especially in the current situation.
