These people really don't care at all. They really don't want to get anything done, and just try to shrug off the problem, and try to get you off the phone as soon as they can.

I had Monash Law clinic appointment in 555 Londsdale st. Two students came for my appointment. What is happened I needed legal support for my Divorce. They came and ask my personal details then They got all of the copy of my Divorce papers and Binding Financial agreement details and passport copy and Marriage copy. They are students. They don’t give any single word help for documents. Just grab all Of the personal documents.they said that’s it. This is not the place for free legal services. They used people time and documents to learn for students. Be aware taking those documents for them I don’t wanted to get anyone trouble again.

Great students, reception and slivya lawyer help me alot to prepare my documents. They all are so kind and helpful. Really appreciate all team. God bless all of them.

It was my first court appearance and therefore due to my own lack of experience, I felt their support was not good enough but I decided to re-engage with them, at the last moment and they did an amazing job, to get me away with just a slap on the wrist:)

Many thanks once again Ms Irene Apap for your great work to the Monash community, and also to all the past students who tirelessly assisted me especially Ms Adele who simultaneously completed her placement along with the completion of my case and also to Practice Manager Fay Gertner and all the wonderful reception staff who work round the clock to support the functioning of this gem of a community legal centre:)

Currently dealing with the Monash Law Clinics. They're very helpful.
Give great assistance, support and advice.
Friendly courteous staff.

I had a family law dispute that was raised inappropriately by a tenant in common co-owner of property. The Monash legal service was outstanding in its advice, care and prompt attention. I felt absolutely well-supported.

Disgusted by the rude receptionist and staff here who are incredibly condescending and disrespectful.
People come here during difficult times for help and deserve to be treated with respect.

Highly recommend getting assistance elsewhere.

There are two keys to remind any visitor.
(1) = ring up the requested service is
available or not
(2) = there are several restricted parking
bays for the visitors with a special
tickets from the reception clerk
(3) = interviewers are LAW subject students
record some key regard questions.then return to their LAW professor in
charge feed back to the visitor on the
Advise base not decision.

What a waste of time, if they think they won’t make money of your case, they will either say they won’t take you on or they have met their quota for the year, in July are you joking!

There are certain places that, i don 't like visiting and Solicitors are one, of, them if you can avoid at all costs

If you get free legal advice is great, but if pay and your matter is important I doubt that they'll be able to help.

They were fantastic! Really took the time to understand my case. Ended up with the best result possible.

Very helpful, lovely staff and students. It's a free service that caters for those who can't afford to pay $$$ for legal advice.

First appointment with them was good. Follow up appointment.never even happened. No help what so ever after that.

Years ago I had a fantastic experience at this centre receiving guidance on representing myself to get an intervention order. However I attended this week to support my adult daughter with a stresssful situation and had a disappointing experience. I took time off work, on top of the time from both of us driving there, and my daughter explaining her situation, and being at the clinic for a couple of hours, we were eventually told no advice could be given due to property being part of the matter. The staff were lovely but the reception staff need to do a better job of clarifying about what the matter is, on taking bookings, as my daughter had mentioned property in her initial booking. We both wasted our morning as did the staff. Plus I wanted to email this feedback but the website has no email address, only phone number.

Very good and helpful legal support and it is for free. How wonderful this service especially for students. The law students their were very kind and helpful. Thanks and keep on
