I had asked on numerous times to adjust to air conditioner and it went on deaf ears. The place was so bloody cold. Make sure if you go to bring your woolies.

Sharna, Amenda, Alex, Jennifer and all other staffs I can not remember their names but only smile faces. I would love to express my appreciations for your unbelievable service. I have been your lovely little tabs most of nights recently and will be back all the time. I feel welcomed safe and privileged to enjoy my time.

I am a carer and attended morning melodies with my client as per usual but today 28/01/2920 we found out that carers must pay full price. Other places carers have free entry, as this is work and it should be covered for.very disappointed!

Great working class pub 1of very few left that cares for there patrons and makes sure there experience is the best every time they turn up real Aussie pub

What we loved about this place, is that it’s overall quiet, great atmosphere, great friendly staff, in a room that I don’t think has been renovated since the 70’s.

Large servings on the plate. My chicken schnitzel Parma could’ve been a better cut of meat but, they at least have a selection of toppings and they should branch out even more.

The barramundi dish was very generous. We got given 2 large fillets and it was made GF.

Both my mum and i ordered a parma & they were both horrible.if you can mess up a parma, imagine the rest of the menu friendly staff though:)

Good place for the kids. Menu is small food needs to be cooked with a lot more love and attention and faster waited 50min for a medium rare steak and it wasn't busy at all. If they upgrade the food it could be a great place to eat.

First time visited in a party of 21 guests. Staff were eager to help and all meals were well received.

Came to Monash Hotel for an event held in the function room. The management was extremely unprofessional, there was a lack of security, the bar was understaffed and many people including myself were waiting 5-10 minutes to order their drinks.
Would not recommend having any function here.

OMG the Scott steak sandwiches! I don’t think I will being have a fantastic steak sandwich like this again. Yummy in my tummy

Food was ok - used to do a great parma but was a little disappointed when the last one was a bit dry.staff seem nice

I had the most unpleasant experience with this hotel. There is this blonde lady (hotel manager) really knows nothing about customer service basically screams from this corner to the other in the dining area.we were having a family gathering and felt so uncomfortable the way she screams at other staff members. She was abusive towards the staff to the extent that we apologized to the girls behalf of her. Also there was this other lady who was in the bistro short black haired one is too slow and didn’t care even we were there to order she was talking with another guy and we had to wait to more than 15 minutes to order.
Overall we were disgusted of the boss lady’s customer service. Would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Came for the first time on Saturday night for our nephews birthday and what can I say.such a great place food was great and my highlight of the night was the customer service we had received from the manager on duty with blonde hair and one of the male staff members! Been to a lot of venues and work at one myself and have never seen a manger do as much work as the lady did the was on!

Room was clean, Room door had to be shouldered to shut properly, We had a meal in the restaurant here we both had steak 1 steak was like eating charcoal and dry, the other steak with vegetables was dry seriously over salted vegtables and the pepper gravy were also seriously over salted, i don't advise you eat here if you are on a low sodium diet

I went with a friend to play pokies. The door guy was nice. Pretty quiet when I was there which was good and did alright on a game for once.

Good location for where we.needed to be.comfortable beds but woken up 4.30 am with trolleys etc being rolled sround outside.early cleaning crew? Overall good pricea A couple of bowls and spoons to eat cereal would have been handy.

Went for the first time last week and it was excellent. Staff were lovely, service was quick, food was well priced and so tasty. Highly recommended

Great family bistro with childrens play area. Meals were great and the menu has several gluten free choices. Recommended for casual freindly dining, special mention for staff Renee and Alex, a credit to the business!

It is more like a motel than a hotel. Rooms are okay, though it could be cleaned more. You get what you pay for.
Within a walking distance from Monash University.

I haven't had such care and effort as a guest in a long time. Thanks for organising the room, and all your extra efforts with such care. This place should value you working for them that's for sure. Thanks again.
