Quality, kind and friendly educators. One of the big draw cards for me is the massive outdoor space which my son absolutely loves. This place feels like an extension of our home, and most importantly I feel like my son is in safe hands here. It's one of the reasons I'm hesitant to move from this area.

I am very impressed with the level of commitment, communication and professionalism I have experienced from this centre. My children have positive relationships with the educators, which is evident by how they have bonded with them. I cannot recommend this centre enough.

Horrible centre and people right up to the management level where they just dont seem to care. They will tell you they do amazing things and are better than the other centres but dont believe them. We wish we had taken a place for less days at the Beddoe Avenue centre as they were at least lovely, now they are full and we have to fly my parents from overseas back here to help us and wait for child care again.

Dont even bother looking

For 4 years and counting, Monash Community Family Co-operative has been an absolutely professional, nurturing, engaging and inclusive childcare centre for our two children. Our kids are loved, cared for, and well fed with fresh food prepared on the spot in the kitchen for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and snacks. The educators take a deep interest in getting to know our children, as well as us parents, and I feel included in curriculum ideas and activities. I was proud of the last assessment from ACECQA that saw the centre Exceeding in all 7 categories. The centre inside is very spacious, very clean, and the outdoor space is a child's paradise. There are so many trees, raised veggies gardens, sand pits, slides, swings and places to explore. Lastly, there is very low turnover of staff which ensures that my children and I can really get to know everyone there, and vice versa. My children are happy and content. I strongly recommend MCFC.

MCFC is a wonderful daycare center. The educators are professional, thoughtful and attentive, I always feel like our children are in the best of hands. The activities are varied and thoughtful and reflect the children's interests. The staff and educators have been very inclusive and positive of our LGBTI family. The outdoor area is fantastic and such a wonderful space for the children to spend time playing and exploring in.

MCFC has been incredibly nurturing of our daughter. We felt like we had been welcomed into a community by all staff when she started. Her Educators are extremely attentive, caring, and show a genuine love for all of the children. We would highly recommend MCFC to anyone looking for a childcare centre that you can trust and know that your child is getting the care and attention they need.

My daughter had bruise at her back and she clearly told us one of the educators pinched her, but no one tends to believe what the kid said. We have reported it to the department of education and police station and all have been documented. If you notice any strange behavior of your kid or have bruise, please report it to stop such horrible things happening on our kids.

Don't know how staff would not have noticed a toddler with a severe graze from falling over or a kid with bite marks crying in the corner. I pulled my son out that day and placed him in great begginings just up the road where he thrived and was cared for.

Food is not EQUALLY given out to each kid. Feeding is not assisted. I came in and my child was seated outside while the rest of group ate cake and fruit. He was excluded. Little ones need to be reminded of drinking, they were not. Dishes were washed by the children not the workers there. I found pinch marks on his bum and legs. Quiet kids were forgotten and aggressive kids were catered to. Not worth the money they take.

Exceptional quality. One of the only centres in Melbourne that exceeds in all 7 performance categories for child health, safety, nutrition and development. The food is cooked in house with no preservatives, sugar or salt. The outdoor play area is exceptionally large, sun smart and well maintained, as beautiful as a children's park. The staff always take feedback from parents and the carers work with family to help children settle and succeed. This is a cooperative community run centre for Monash Uni staff and academics, students and the local surrounding community.
