I recently took my VW crafter to Leigh as I had just purchased it at an auction and wanted a RWC and a few issues I was concerned with.

Leigh went out of his way to make sure that everything was correct before doing the roadworthy and right on Christmas. I can't recommend him more highly and thank him for his assistance

Leigh is the real deal. Two other mechanics wanted to replace the engine. Leigh discovered the problem that required a belt and guide change, provided a fair quote and got the job done. Couldn't be happier.

Had car problems on the freeway. Stopped here to get the problem checked. Such lovely people. Diagnosed the car issue and could get the part in the next day BUT they referred us to someone close by who had the part. Offered them something for their time and trouble but said Merry Xmas to us. If we lived locally this would be our go to.

I went here for an oil change which I was promised was done. A month later I had to replace the engine because the oil had not been changed afterall and led to my engine seizing.

When I got upset about this I was told my car was going to be pushed into the street and left there as the mechanic didn't need the money anyway.

That was $2000 I really could have used though

Haven't trusted a mechanic since.

I would avoid this place. One of the seals went in my deisel injectors. Instead of it being a $220 repair bill it was $2000. They didn't have the right tool to remove the injector and ended t breaking it and the one next too it.

Leigh is The Best, got us sorted out and back on the road ASAP, friendly service at a great price, would highly recommend with out hesitation.thanks again Leigh

Highly Recommend Leigh at Monash Automotive. Within 48hrs of arriving unexpectedly with car issues, he made all the repairs required and fit me in to get me back on the road asap. Top bloke, honest and will come back again. Thank Leigh!

I had my RWC done here.

It was not a large or difficult job.
They were fair, and very reasonably priced.
Also dropped me off at home and collected me again while I waited.

No dramas, well priced and transparent service.

Not sure about the negative reviews on here. But just to share my experience with Leigh and Monash Auto.

Have found them nothing but amazing with the service they provided. Im not much of a phone person, so I contacted them through facebook. Asked Leigh questions on facebook as well.

I had to get my hobby car a rwc, but it was going to cost $900+. So I asked Leigh if I can do the majority of the things that I can do myself, and bring it back. He said straight away "no problem at all".

Did the suspension and brakes myself - but ran out of time to do the oil pressure switch and steering boots. Plus I also broke one of the lug studs.

Final 2 weeks of the year, they allowed me to bring the car back - kept it over night, and now its done - waiting for the rego:)

Again - this is just my experience, but found them to be super helpful with everything that I needed for the car.

Best and most honest mechanic I've used. Diagnosed and repaired my car problem in under 3 hours with a full rundown of part prices, which were cheaper than I could get myself. A great guy as well. 100% recommended!

Been servicing my two cars for a few years with Leigh and he also helps out with cars needing attention at my work. Very easy to deal with, completely transparent and nothing is ever too much for him. Very reasonably priced and friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone after good service.
