Momoyama Sushi

If you like sushi don't come here. So badly rolled and cut. The avocado is non-existent, and the roe tastes off.

We were very disappointed
The sushi rice was hard, the noria rubbery and the sashimi tuna pale and tasteless.
Bad quality for high price.
We'll never com here again

Had ordered take away from here a few times and the food was delicious so decided to eat in for dinner recently.
Staff were attentive and suggested some quality dishes too - lobster sliders, seafood fried rice and curry katsu Don!
Of course we also snuck in some miso soup!
Very reasonably priced for how much we ordered!
Will absolutely come back!

Food Is always amazing and so quick!

Tried a couple new menu items and Sake, great additions to my regular favourites! The best SUSHI TACOs in the town, obsessed!

Staff are lovely but food quality lacking when compared to other places selling bento boxes for the same price. It didn’t taste fresh. Chicken katsu was rubbery which means it was probably old and refried/ warmed up.

I decided to stop in here for lunch and was very disappointed in the sushi. The rice was undercooked, and one bite in everything would fall out. It's not worth the money and plenty of better places for sushi

Ordered Bento Box No. 2, really terrible. Nothing tasted fresh, the chicken and salmon were both rubbery and chewy, and the teriyaki tasted so synthetic. I ate about 1/4 of it and gave up. Miso soup was fine as least.

Nicely assorted in presentation. But, the lightly coated Calamari, as a starter, was rubbery and tough. Perhaps, the delivery driver wasn't assigned in a prompt manner? I also had the dark, saucy Udon noodle and Beef concoction which just hit the spot. Would love to know their go-to meal, though. Anyone?

Happy with service. One thing I would like to comment, Sushi rice seem to be a little hard and too dried also there was no much vinegar taste added to the sushi rice otherwise it was a great.

After looking at the reviews I feel I have gone to a different restaurant. The food was dreadful and I don't know how somebody can actually cook such a dreadful meal. I didn't expect to have seafood extender in my meal. It tasted like they just used a bottled sauce. My wife's meal wasn't hot. So sad!

Ordered some sushi through Ubereats. The order took 40 minutes to make and when I received it, the sushi was not freshly made. The rice was dry and stiff, as if made the day before and kept in the fridge. Not to mention the sushi roll was meant to have avocado… but you needed a magnifying glass to find it. Very dissapointed. I always enjoy sushi no matter what, but this was by far the worst sushi I’ve ever had.

They mind to give you sauce. Making excuse to add a source in the food which is regardless coming. Arrogant and rude owner.
They don’t know anyone of English they’re laughing on us and them language. It happen twice.

Not a great service nor fresh food. The lady just half closed the box with the sushi and tossed it to me, no bag, vasabi or ginger. Sushi seaweed wrap was dry and chewy. Seems like they do not care much.

We ordered take away. Indicative time was 20mins and after phoning, food came 1 hour later. Quality was terrible. 1 dish was all noodles and no veggies and minimal fish and second was all rice and some vegetables, which appeared to be from a frozen pack.

Beware people who are allergic or just hate avocado, I checked with the guy twice to ask about no avo (I could only see cucumber out the top) he reassured me it was only cuc, but lo and behold there was avo in there as well. I had to throw it away. The crispy chicken I had was ok, about 3 stars for that.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch. Definitely recommend the chilli beef, which I got in a bento box. You get all this and miso for $18. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. The staff were lovely.

Excellent customer service and lovely, friendly staff. An understandable mistake was made with my delivery order and they were at my door within 10 minutes to correct it. This being on a night that I'm sure they were packed with the ease of lockdown. Will happily order from them again.

Delicious meal and really generous servings, the staff were very kind and helpful too. The bubble tea was great as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely, too. I will be coming back here again!

The absolute BEST place in town for sushi.the staff are extremely welcoming and nice and are always happy to make sushi rolls even at 8pm at night! This is the only place i know that does this and i love it! Awesome food and amazing service. 10/10 recommend
