Nice space however ran 20mins late with no acknowledgement. Booked remedial, would call it relaxation.

The facilities are absolutely beautiful, staff are polite and punctual. Everyone has a wealth of knowledge and are incredible helpful with recovery plans after injuries.
Would highly recommend for both physical therapy and relaxation.

There are no words that I can use to express my gratitude to Rachel. She fit me in last minute due to being in agony with my TMD. She relieved it and I was able to continue on my holiday TMD pain free. What an angel on earth. Thanks again Rachel, your kindness and generosity of spirit won’t be forgotten.

First time appointment at Momentum Health Bairnsdale today. I had a remedial massage with Cauvery who was very welcoming and a skilled therapist. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Very reasonable price also.

Passing through town on a cycling trip I booked ahead for a massage with Cauvery. It was truly one of the best massages I've ever had and I left feeling totally rejuvenated. Cauvery tuned in to the areas that needed particular attention, was a lovely person to chat to and even provided advice on actions to take to prevent future problems. First class. I had a hot stone massage this afternoon to relieve tension physically and mentally. My therapist Emma was professional, engaging and provided a wonderful service for me. She was very easy to chat with and I look forward to booking another session with her.

I thought the massage was good, although it didn't reduce the pain in either my neck or my lower back. As a general feel-good massage, I would rate it 8/10. I also expected a bit of commentary from Selina, such as ' I hope that this massage helped you' or 'would you like to book in for another one? '. I think a bit of interaction would create rapport, which was lacking.

I have osteo arthritis in my knee and have had a limp for years. After one session I was not limping at all. My back and shoulders feel straighter and overall, I feel stronger. Penny knew which muscles and points to work on. Very happy.
