12 Cyrelle is absolutely amazing. She's professional, thorough, kind and made me feel comfortable and safe. She explained things carefully and I'll be back to see MoleMap providing she is still working there next year.
On the other hand, the call centre is atrocious. It's almost impossible to get through, there are no ways to contact clinics directly, and this level of business centralisation is really going to hurt your performance in the market place if you don't step up the staffing levels there.
Cyrelle at MoleMap Essendon made me feel comfortable and provided good information during the mole examination process. Highly recommend
Appt at 1: 30pm today. I called the call Centre as I was on my way and as a courtesy to let them know I was running 10 minutes late to be told they might not be able to keep my appt. The call Centre person was unable to let me know if it would be okay or not as I was on route and needed to know sooner than later. Upon my arrival at 1: 40pm I received a message to say my appt couldn’t proceed after driving more than half an hour from Diamond Creek to Essendon as there was someone appointed after me. Really? Surely the appt schedule isn’t that tight. Was I to be rushed in and out in the first place? Absolutely no consideration or care and asked me to re-schedule after making the appointment some 4 weeks in advance. Are you kidding me? Obviously have no flexibility or care for customers, I’m obviously just a number. Needless to say, I did NOT rebook an appointment.
Oh and the reason I was running late? Which they never even asked, was that my 90 year old mother had a fall in which I had to assist.
Countless times I waited past the appointed times in clinics however it seems the courtesy doesn’t go both ways. Stear clear, no customer service care at all!
Beware a simple phone call to their 1800 number will result in you being on a marketing/research list without your consent
I wish I could review their services, but I didn’t get a chance to as when I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the receptionist of another business that the clinician wasn’t there. The receptionist advised me to call MoleMap because there have been a number of times that people have shown up for appointments and MoleMap have neglected to inform them that their appointment has been cancelled. When I called the MoleMap head office to ask if my appointment was still going ahead, I was told that it had been cancelled and that I should have received a notification. The only notification I received was a text message the day before confirming my appointment. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and structured my entire day around attending it at 11am, so this cancellation is incredibly inconvenient. Now I need to find another business to go to for a skin check and wait for an appointment again. I understand that people can be unwell or unavailable but as it seems to be a regular occurrence, I’m especially annoyed that I hadn’t been notified of the cancellation earlier.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.on the day of my appointment they cancelled and then the next available booking was 3 months away.if they have to cancel an appointment they should do everything they can to fit you in ASAP.
I had an appointment scheduled for 1030am, then on the morning of the appointment I received a text saying it was cancelled. Annoying.
After, what has been an emotionally draining time, after diagnosis and removal of melanoma, Sherine, the nurse at Molemap, Essendon, made this next process, relaxing, whilst maintaining professionalism and providing me with not only the necessary information about this screening but also my next steps in this process.
The rooms are clean and bright, the staff are professional and friendly, the technology used is amazing and I especially liked their processes to reduce the use and waste of paper. Would highly recommend this service, it was worth every $! Thank you.
Sharin was so lovely, profession and made me feel so comfortable during my molemap especially being only 2 weeks since I had a baby. So glad I finally got this done and will definitely recommend Sharin to family and friends.

Great experience and staff are lovely! So thankful to get a weekend appointment but suggest you make more weekend appointments as we wanted to reschedule but there was no other available weekend for months!
Super helpful and very friendly, glad we chose this mole map location as they gave us a lot of info and took their time in helping us make the best decision, both females that helped us 12/6/19 were awesome and we thank you both very much
