It was quick, private and I was made to feel at ease despite being self conscious about standing in front of a stranger in my underwear.

Melanographer Marian was incredibly professional. When my appointment went overtime she just asked me to come back in an hour to finish off the session, rather than requiring me to book another appointment in the future.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Super easy to find information on the website about all services and prices. Super easy to book an appointment online. An email pointing out what to expect at the appointment. Professional staff at the clinic. Although I had booked a full body molemap, after a quick check of how many moles I had and what type they were, the melanographer downgraded me to a molemap skin check instead, which at almost half the price I truly appreciate.

I have been to Molemap three times now. My initial appointment was last February. The lady was very professional and answered all of my questions patiently. Healthcare doesn't cover the cost and they were helpful by allowing me to pay via installments. I received all my results online with a follow up scheduled 6 months later (included in the initial fee). This follow up appointment only took a few minutes while they took new photographs of a few spots.
Today I went for my yearly consult and once again received a very professional service once again. The lady (different one to last year) who examined me made me feel very comfortable, she was friendly and helpful and even gave me advice on skincare. I look forward to attending Molemap for many years to come. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend MoleMap for their mole check. The reason for this is because after I booked myself in online (despite the fact that I received at least three emails and three SMS confirming my appointment for a Tuesday booking), I arrive at my appointed time and there is absolutely no knowledge of my name, my date of birth, my address, my email or my phone number! The dermatologist appeared dumbfounded and appologised that she could not examine me. What kind of business are MoleMap running? How do you lose all of a potential patent's personal information? So I left the practice confused and without being examined. They told me a would receive a follow up phone call to re-book but it has now been 3 days and no call. I suppose they must have lost my information again.
