This post is not really regarding the treatment but the appointment system. My appointment has been rescheduled at least 3 times and everytime it happened, it would be pushed back for at least 4 weeks. I specifically asked for a 4.30pm appointment every time as I have work during the day. The appointment is scheduled at least 4 weeks before. How can the nurse be busy every single time and have to leave early? What is the use of an appointment if the clinic is going to change it last minute on the day itself? That is not fair to the client at all.
