Celine and her training assistant were beyond amazing. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and understood my anxiety. They even adjusted their approach to make the session more light hearted, but also kept me in the loop the whole time.

Getting down to your undies is made bearable by Celine's friendly banter and ability to make being scrutinised in minute detail seem quite normal.

I've been to four skin clinics for checks over the last ten years and I've never had such a thorough and informative skin check. It's a shame there's no bulk billing and it's a bit more pricey than other private clinics but I was very happy with the experience - comfortable, informative and professional.

I am fair skinned and from the generation where getting sunburnt as kid was 'pretty normal'. (read: high risk). So I've been visiting this clinic every year for the past seven or so for peace of mind (and very valuable check ups!). The process is very clear and Celine (nurse) is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Files are kept on a brilliant system that compares and marks you have from year (s) prior. Celine has a sixth sense and seems to answer any questions before you ask them. Makes the process very comfortable. Very highly recommended as a service and vital health check!

Great service at Molemap in Carlton. Very convenient location with a small cafe in the building. The nurse makes you very comfortable and is informative about related risks. I get a full screen every year which gives me piece of mind.

After a number of annual visits I can say without any reservations that it is a very reassuring and highly professional service. All stages of the process are fully explained and questions are invited.

Carly was just fantastic. She may have just saved my life, along with their dermatologist. She noted everything that made her suspicious of a lesion by my collarbone, which has now been diagnosed as Melanoma by a biopsy, and is only in situ because of quick action. Wide excision should cure it at this stage, Thanks so much Carly!
She was very thorough and did her job in a very compassionate and understanding way. Because I was from another state, she even rang me personally to let me know before I left about the dermatologist's concerns so I didn't just learn about my serious cancer concern from the report. Celine, her colleague, was equally helpful when I had trouble accessing my reports etc. These people are amazing, just the right people to take care of this vital health monitoring.
