Excellent service from all personnel. Very easy booking service and the kind doctor was thorough and reassuring. I would go back to this service.

I get checked annually and came to this clinic for the first time. Had a very good experience, better than other clinics i have been to before, so although I live a bit far, i will definitely come back. Friendly, informative and patient nurses and doctor. Recommend

If you’ve been delaying going to get checked, I recommended Dr Lucinda because she’s thorough, knowledgeable and a lovely person.

My doctor was thorough and explained the different types of spots/melanoma etc and checked previously taken photos as reference.

Very nice small clinic with friendly staff and professional doctors. Easy to access and to book appointments. In general, the waiting time (if there is) is short. Overall, great in everything.

Dr Myn was absolutely lovely. She made the experience as comfortable and painless as one could expect for a visit to the doc. She answered all questions and concerns and followed up with results exactly as promised.

The service was good, however they didn’t explain that pathology was additional cost and I’ve just had a surprise bill for $100 in the post.

Very thorough and I really appreciated that the doctor took the time to explain the risks with various skin types and then where my skin type fits into the risks.

Staff were amazing. The ladies at reception had done research on which private health insurers provided cover and would allow you to also claim with medicare. Really thoughtful. The doctor was very thorough. Was in and out on time. Great experience.

Dr Bahrami was very thorough and explained everything really well. I would recommend him and we will be back for our annual checks.
The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, even after we had left and forgotten to grab a medical certificate, which she emailed through.
Parking was really easy in the carpark on site with an adjoining door to the building, 2 hour parking. It isn't a huge carpark but we easily got a spot.

My first time i got a skin checkup in Australia and i‘m very satisfied with the service.
