I was a little bit late and they were so understanding. Very professional and great service.

The doctor, can’t remember her name, except it started with L was lovely and had a very nice bed side manner

I had an appointment with Dr. Sasa Tosovic for a mole on my face that I wanted cosmetically removed. He looked at the mole and declared it a “blue nevus. ” He said that this office didn’t have the equipment to remove it, but the St. Kilda location did. After my appointment, I called the St. Kilda office and they said that they also don’t have the equipment to remove this mole.

So basically my appointment lasted five minutes, I received incorrect advice, and was charged around $150 for it. I won’t be coming here again.

Honestly, the best experience. Reasonably priced, minimal wait time & was put incredibly at ease by what can be an uncomfortable experience. Cannot recommend enough.

Was ushered in one room and told to undress. Person came in didn't bother introducing themselves, either by name or title/role. Looked me over. Then told me to get all my things and go to a second room, where first person and second person argued back and forth about whether the room was ready - it was not (the gown from the previous client was still on the bed). Second person threw the used gown away not bothering to replace the paper towel that covered the bed.this person didn't bother introducing themselves either.
Took photos. Requesting at one point that I sit on the bed, (that they clearly hadn't bothered refreshing from the previous client). Then when photos were done, as they were leaving told me to 'come out when I'm ready '. I get dressed and walk out to find her sitting behind reception. What do I do now? I asked. 'You need to pay now ', was the curt response.
The staff are better suited to herding sheep than dealing with people.: (

My doctor and the folks at reception were all very helpful, polite and concise. They made the entire process a breeze and provided helpful information. I think the price was also fair.

Reception staff friendly and on the ball. Dr's caring and understanding, especially Dr Lucinda Hogan.

First time having something checked and it didn’t look good. I saw Sasa Tosovic at the Fitzroy North clinic and he was amazing. He was really kind, low key and had great communication skills. He talked me through everything he was going to do and then as he did it step by step. I honestly didn’t feel any pain and I’m a bit of a baby when it comes to needles.
Absolutely would recommend this clinic and Sasa in particular.

First time patient and great experience for a mole check with Dr Gupta. Professional and friendly, I felt well informed. I was seen quickly on arrival. Receptionist was friendly and helpful with processing Medicare rebate immediately.

Very thorough check up. Have been to ones previously where they spend all of 2 mins on me and push me out the door. This doctor was very patient, attentive to detail and professional. Even went as far as to give me advice for treatments of other skin-related issues/queries as well. Admin are very accommodating too. An overall pleasant and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic.

Very friendly staff, great doctor (Lucinda), the mole check was thorough, this will definitely be my regular check up clinic.

I highly recommend getting a skin check at this clinic! A warm welcome on arrival and a wonderful consultation with Dr Lucinda Hogan. Dr Hogan put me at ease as soon as I walked into her consulting room and explained things in a clear manner. I don't think I have ever felt so comfortable with a doctor in my life! I also received my Medicare rebate on the spot! Keep up the great work!

I wasn’t sure what to expect in having a full skin cancer check here, but Dr Sasa made me feel comfortable, he was professional and very thorough in his explanations. I went back for a second biopsy appointment and I was impressed again. The procedure and equipment was all completely sterile (as you’d expect) and again lots of care taken. The reception staff were friendly and always very clear about the costs and Medicare rebates.

Great service and a very thorough and lovely doctor that looked after me. Will definitely return for my regular checks. Feel confident in their assessments
