What a lovely experience here today. My first visit and first skin check. I had booked an appointment around 11am and next availability wasn’t til a week away. I mentioned that was hoping for something sooner but nothing was available. Booked the next available. The receptionist Sharna was lovely and called back about 3 hrs later to see if I would like to come in, as they were able to squeeze me in. I got there and checked in, didn’t have to do anything as I had pre filled forms that was texted to me. Very very easy. The Dr I saw for my Skin Check was just lovely, I felt comfortable and relaxed, she was very clear and thorough and made sure she answered any queries before I left.

We arrived at an appointment for my mother and the appointment was not only not in the system but the doctor was off sick. My mum doesn’t drive and I brought my two young children, it was very inconvenient. They were apologetic and admitted fault. Their Health Engine system confirmed the appointment via email but we didn’t receive a text saying the doc was sick to reschedule. However, when I called the next day to rebook the receptionist (I think she was offsite) was defensive and blamed us for the stuff up. We also tried to change the time of the second appointment and it didn’t register in their system, despite a confirmation from Health Engine. Instead of taking the feedback and passing it on to their operations team, they blamed us. Woeful customer service.
