13Shocking customer service. The staff think they're above everyone else but need a serious reality check.
Placed a service call, took my details, no response after 48 hrs. I called left a message, did this 2 more times over next 3 days with no response. Finally received a sms saying busy will contact later next week. 7 days later get another sms saying the same thing. Don't bother, use Core Serve, I called them and they came out the next day.
Violating ACCC regulations by not providing 13 warranty to their repair works. Have on two occasions gotten to repair the same problem and are requesting a $500 deposit to fix the problem for the third time.
The technician did not fix the issue of the machine and still be charge almost $300, even still in warranty. Very very poor customer service.
I sent these guys 6 figures worth of work in the last 18 months and they can't even bother to get two in-stock items delivered 2 hours away from their HQ within 3 weeks. It's still not here. Customer service is abhorrent. They could not care less about you.
Very slow service response. No 24/7 emergency repair team. Non existent customer service follow up communication.
Terrible online bank payment! It refreshed so long and didn't show purchase succeed which make me did twice payments.ask for refunded by Emais and calls and the poor slow service never solve the problem, which has been taken 3 weeks already, poor online payment system and terrible customer service!
Great customer support! Always helpful, they help with identifying the correct part and get it shipped asap, even ship it direct to my customer to save them time and keep them in business! Thanks Team

They get it fixed, however calling the call centre for me is like pulling teeth! All they are concerned about is payment!
I've used them for years, however that doesn't seem to matter.now they have implemented a pay before you can book policy, wow!

Terrible service, charging peoples credit cards without giving authority. Service people said credit card details was only for booking purposes and card would be charged if payment wasn't received within 3days of invoice being sent out. 8 hours after service job was completed (technician didnt even clean up after himself, left a big pile of mess for me to clean up) my card was charged with out an invoice even being sent out. Absolutely pathetic & dodgy company, STAY AWAY
Terrible service, they never pick up their phone in vic state, if they do they will tell you to wait and nover any call be made back to you. Oh, also with their never getting back email. Better not asking them to do your oven.
