A huge thanks to the wonderful Karyn for her assistance yesterday in helping me choose a vacuum cleaner. Her recccomendation has been a lifesaver in tackling the overwhelming amount of border collie fur in my home. I am so glad that I followed her recommendation and purchased the Bisell, as it truly does the job of picking up the fur that has been resistant even with dysons. I'm amazed! The vacuum's quality exceeded my expectations, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Karyn's exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge were truly outstanding too. Thank you for providing an exceptional in-store experience and for delivering excellent results with the suggested product.:)

I bought a Westinghouse side by side fridge dealt with Keith the sales guy in moe store fridge is due to be delivered tomorrow.
I found shopping at betta home living terrefic.
Keith is always friendly and helpful.
And ld recommend Keith and the team at betta home living. Bought new bed and base and chest freezer at betta electric too prices are great family owned buisness who looks after locals

Purchased washing machine and dryer and was so impressed with Karyn professional knowledge we returned next day and purchased computer and monitor, a great experience, thank you Karyn

This is the worst online company I have ever had to deal with! I purchased an order early January. I waited 6 weeks before I emailed to enquire where my order was as the tracking number I was provided did not work. I was told that there was an issue with the courier and that they could re-send my order for an extra cost to me of $4.98. That cost would have been on top of the delivery fee I had already paid. I then requested a refund as I no longer wanted my order and had found the exact same item on a different website and it was $60 cheaper! I also got it delivered from the other company in 5 days. I requested a refund early March. It is not the end of May and after several emails and getting very delayed responses from either Robyn, Bari or Alfred I still do not have my refund. The number that is provided on the website is never answered, you can literally call it for hours with no response and if they do answer they cannot help you. This company is a total scam. Do yourself a favour and look at other websites because they’ll have the same products for cheaper and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Home Appliance Plus.

Needed a replacement freezer drawer for the fridge I bought more than 2 years ago. The assistant was super quick to bring up my details on their system and getting one ordered. It's not like I was spending anything big on a new item but so lovely and helpful all the same. I am very pleased with Betta Moe, I will try buying any electronic item through them from now on.

This average review of the Moe Betta store is not due to their issues but issues due to Covid-19 + Betta online inventory system + click and collect system being immature. Both Karyn and Keith were good to pick up the slack of the system and booked the delivery for free using Australia Post. Australia Post has given both - meaning Betta and me a ride. The item has not arrived and in the process Betta has lost the deal as I have clicked and collected the same item within the hour from another shop Even after a fortnight I have not got the product I ordered from Camberwell Betta.
I had chosen Camberwell Betta shop being close to my home and it showed that it had the item. Betta inventory system was not up to date so Moe had to pick up the slack.

I have purchased a microwave and a freezer recently. I still believe in receiving good old fashioned customer service. I have NOT been disappointed at Moe Betta. Both staff members I dealt with have treated me like a prized customer and offered the best deal they could. I am confident in recommending this business, Moe Betta, to all prospective customers.

The team at Betta Moe are always willing to assist no matter how small a purchase or how large we come in for.last week we needed a Samsung Tablet.this week we went to buy a new lounge for our other spare room. Didnt need anything expensive but they still had a great quality one that fitted in our budget. Then of course as we always do.looked at new TVs.
Staff are always happy to entertain us with their knowledge and array of TVs. One day we will get another one! Thanks very much

Brought a microwave not even a year ago called the store spoke to Ben was a bit rude on the phone but under his instruction we brought the machine in and from the second we walked in the store the entire staff were rude called me a liar by saying the microwave worked when it didn’t will never be shopping at the store again all the staff were disgustingly rude especially Ben and looking at all the reviews clearly this person should not be in customer service
