Staff are very passive aggressive, sale items are damaged but the price is still too high. This store is too greedy and the staff don't care about customer satisfaction they just want to make money. DIsgusting from a muslim business.

Amazing customer service they wonderful girl went above and beyond to make sure I had a dress for my nikkah in so greatful to have found this store which was suggested to me from another beautiful store makes hayya thank you again for the customer service will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends

Everytime I come here I always receive a friendly vibe from the girls! Love the clothes they have it suits all types of females with different form of clothing style from casual chic and classy, I can shop with whomever and they’d be interested too!

This is a lovely modest fashion store with a great range of clothing; both casual and formal. Prices are typical for a modest fashion store. The girl who served me on Sunday was also very helpful and polite which is ofcourse so important!

(Have been shopping with them since they first opened when they were located on top of HIYC, and am pleased that they continue to excel in their level of kindness and professionalism, and continue to stock lovely clothes in a great selection of sizes!)

Modest dresses available. Warm welcome. We didn't buy anything. Only window shopping. Price are fine. We all want cheap rates but it's not possible at all times. Specially in these days. Good variety for girls. Boys section need to get more stuff.

I really love this place and the clothes. But dear ohhh dear those girls who work there have zero customer service. EVERYTIME I go there they are always rude and snobby. Quite bizarre because on their Instagram stories they are really happy, sweet and joyful but in person they are so bland. They have no personalities. Better get some new staff.

Worst experience I've ever had. Drove all the way up to the north, unfortunately rude staff, no one payed any attention or was willing to help. Definitely won't be back

Bought 2 dresses 1 as a gift the other just for a wedding plain and simple the gift dress was massive on my mother called asked for a exchange all I got was a no were calling the manager they called Bach saying sorry we cant exchange nor refund I told her the ticket is still on and it was a gift I dont know what size the other person wears there comment well that's your fault not ours now I'm stuck with a long abayas looking dress mum cant wear it neither can I what a waste of $90.00 they need to sort out a exchange or refund policy. I won't be going back there and definitely wont be recommending this place what a shame the girls usually are nice but sometimes they're constantly on their phones and only talk in Turkish very offensive when a English speaking person walks in and they talk in another language

Great clean shop, Good clothes, staff at reception seem undertrained and have to call the owner to confirm discounts etc.they don’t accept eftpos - inconvenience each time to pay cash or transfer.

Very rude and unhelpful customer service. I bought a dress which I found out after two days was too small so I went back and asked for an exchange for a bigger size. The girls at counter refused and were extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with even after I explained that the tag was still intact and I have not worn the dress. Never going back and regret spending here.
