First time here. The staff were all so friendly. The wait time was minimal. The doctor was friendly as well as professional and efficient.

Being going to this clinic for over 10 years I have great Dr reception staff friendly and helpful

The doctor I had my appointment with called me right on my appointment time and was very thorough with his questions regarding my medical appointment.

Enjoyed my experience at modern mwdicals today, i was very nervous being my first time, but the paediatrician we saw was amazing and th customer service was amazing too! Will be returning!

Very quick and efficient process to update personal details and book for an appointment on the day eapecially as we hadn’t been to this clinic in a long time. Dr Rifat was polite and knowledgeable making my son comfortable during the consult.

Doctors over charge you, even when THEY have technical difficulties…then tells you that you need to come back the next day to grab your pathology slip and script when they weren’t even in the next day…also had their bag on desk ready to leave. Find this unprofessional. She was running late not me.

I booked an appointment with Dr Frost (my regular Doctor) however he was silk and booked for another doctor to just get the regular medication prescription, normally Dr. Frost bulk bill for me all the time, medical centre billed $78 for me, I feel this is unreasonable, my out of pocket expense is small however principally I don't agree, why should I pay my doctors absentee.

Amazing doctors but terrible receptionists, making medical decisions without considering lack of education nor medical knowledge. Stick to taking notes and passing information to doctors and nurses on scene.

The advice I got from doctor was good but for just a sore thumb complaint, 10 minute consult, to be charged $128 for a surgical consultant (when I didn't even have surgery) was a bit steep

I have been going to this practice for years and never had an issue today I saw Dr. Karim for the 1st time for my son and she was very rude to me and then when she realised I was upset she turned it around and said I was rude! She had me in tears not professional at all.

I just started going here a few months back, am very happy with all aspects of the practice, Drs are all very caring and easy to talk to, would highly recommend this practice for all your needs

A big Thank-you to Sarah, she went above and beyond to help my sick Father and showed so much compassion and waa very helpful also Dr Lin is a great GP and caring.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. AFTER BEING CARED FOR FOR 20 YEARS SINCE THE FIRST DOCTOR OPENEED TOD CAMERON I NOW FIND MYSELF LEAVING AND LOOKING FIR REAL CARING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AGAIN. RORY WHO IS THE PRACTISE MANAGER INSTRUCTS DOLLARS OVER MEDICINE. YOU CANNOT GET AN APPointment without providing you credit card even when uve been on workcover for 3 years. All reception staff have changed and the new staff are young rude and follow Rorys instructions. NO MONEY NO TREATMENT. I HAVE MONEY BUT YET BEING CANCELLED ON BECAUSE THEY RELY ON HOT DIC A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR GREED AND INTENT. DAVID FROST AND PETER ATE EXCELLENT DOCTORS BUT UNFIRTUNATELY NOW AFTER RORYS RECOMMENDATION TO ME LESS THAN 30 MINS AGO IF YOU DONT LIKE IT FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. WOW AFTER 20 YEARS MODERN MEDICAL IS NO LONGER MEDICAL AND EMPATHETUC TGANKS TO RORY.

Fit my daughter in last minute, very friendly doctors. The facility is very nice and clean receptionist are lovely.

Today I saw Dr Priyank Gupta as my usual dr called in sick.

First time I saw him and took me at the last minute to help me out.
Very friendly and understanding, but couldn’t have been possible if it not for the wonderful reception staff.

As always the lady’s are compassionate, thoughtful and very understanding.
Once again thank you to everyone.

I have been going here for years, but I honestly just got charged +$60 for a two minute office appointment to renew prescriptions:/

Greeted with a friendly smile by desk staff and saw a doctor within a reasonable wait time. Whole experience was managed very professionally.
