Modern Shutters recently installed shutters at our home. The services provided were excellent. From the first call to them asking them to provide a quote to the last day when the job was completed, it took about a week, as we had agreed for the job be done on C. O. D.basis. The shutters have enhanced the appearance of our house façade.

We recently had power operated roller blinds installed by Modern Group on our two road facing windows. The entire process from quote to install was quite streamlined and everyone was easy to deal with. The blinds themselves are excellent quality and we are enjoying their ease of use, feel safer with our front windows no longer exposed to the road, and are sleeping better now our bedroom is actually dark at night. The blinds were pricier than we initially expected, but having had them for a few weeks now we definitely consider them value for money.

Modern Group provides quality product and service, The shutters are doing the job that we expected. The room warms up quicker and maintain the heat. There is also the benefit of security. We are extremely. Happy with Modern Group's products.

I've had two experiences with Modern with Solar Panels some time ago now and more recently with a roller blind. In both cases the installers, and all contact with Modern has been excellent with good customer service and great products.

Over priced. Poor customer service. Never returns phone calls, always had to chaise up phone calls.

It was a delight dealing with Modern Group. From the initial phone enquiry, measure, quote and installation, everyone I dealt with was professional, they new the product and so helpful. I also appreciated that there was no pushy tactics to convince me to go ahead with them. The product is exceptional, and roller shutters have worked in well with the back part of our period home. I will definitely contact them for the next job we have planned. A very satisfied customer!

We used these guys and spent a lot of money so we were a little nervous going forward because of rubbish treatment and poor workmanship from other trades throughout the COVID period. My fault as i wasn’t home at the time. Lesson learnt. The guys did a great install and as a ex tradie i could tell that. Furthermore their flexibility in working with our timeline was excellent. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
