Chris is a top bloke. Very welcoming and always ready to use great sense of humour so everyone has a laugh & a smile on their face. He's also been in the trade for decades, so he knows what he's talking about.
Every Saturday he has the next generation of modellers welcomed into his shop for a build & learn session, free of charge. There's plenty of experience from thr old hands, ready to pass on their knowledge to the young & willing.
The shop is around 45 minutes from my home now, but well worth the drive.

Chris long time no speak. I used to buy all my products from him in when he was nunawadung way. He used to modify my bv-1 car. My friend Jordy who was in a wheelchair used to take his buggy to chris all the time to have repairs done. Does this ring a bell chris? I will be seeing you soon with my son to grab some toys. Might even bring the old centre racing boat and bv1 car to get serviced and back on the road. Anyone who is hobby based go see Chris a very good person and great knowledge.

Come here a few times recently after getting back into building model kits after about 20 odd years and the place is an absolute pleasure to go to. Great range, great service and the guy who runs the place is a fantastic. Will definitely be coming back.

Our, now obsolete, Scalextric racing car set has been saved from landing in the gloomy depths of our local landfill dump. Chris pulled out all the stops to find us some replacement parts. My kids were thrilled to get their favourite racing set up and running again!

Really helpful friendly and knowledgable staff. A neat and tidy, well stocked shop. A relaxed atmosphere and no pressure. I have been there a few times and I have never been disappointed.

Have visited this store a number of times. The staff are always cheerful, friendly with a sense of humour and are well-informed and enthusiastic about the hobby. The prices for most kits compare very favourably with other locations. Indeed many of their smaller kits I found to be cheaper than online stores. The store is well-arranged & organised with plenty of room to comfortably move around while browsing (unlike a couple of small, crowded hobby stores I visited in inner-Melb some years ago). I recently took my young son who needed glue & paints for a new model kit he'd recently been given and the staff member took the time to help us choose the right brand and colour of paints. Very glad to recommend this store.

This is a great store.super friendly, helpful staff, reasonable prices, and a wide range of scale models.however, for hobbies beyond scale models, like warhammer or dungeons and dragons, you'll probably want to look somewhere else.

This is one of those rare stores you come across every now & then. If the bloke behind the counter here doesn't have you smiling within a minute of walking through the door, you need some serious cheering-up. Warm, welcoming, friendly & helpful is why I left more money here than I planned to & if not for some last minute restraint, I would've spent more.

Amazing selection of models with lots of high quality new models, great customer service and some great displays. I've found that the prices are very fair compared with other model shops I've visited.

Have a good range of products and I couldn't find what I was after, however I will look here again if I need to purchase something.

I didn't get the name of the kind person who I met this morning in the shop. He was super friendly and gave me some great advice of how to play the boomerang. After that, I tried it out in my local park. You know what, it is awesome! It was my first time playing this, but it turned out great! Thanks for supplying quality products and great service!

I ordered the AMT Mack R685ST over the internet. I found the Models and Hobbies 4U site easy to use and navigate and my order arrived at my house (Nth east Victoria) promptly and well packaged for shipping. I will definitely shop with them in the future.
