Awful customer service! The sales assistant is too busy doing the ironing to serve customers, they were so busy today and both sales assistants were MIA. When you ask them a question it’s almost as if they get annoyed because their conversation or ironing is being disturbed.

Terrible experience with online orders. Last year i had bad experience when i ordered my dress for Eid and it never arrived on time. After much back and forth I asked for refund which was promissed but never provided. Instead the dress was sent and received after Eid had passed. I thought at the time okay, everybody makes mistakes ill accept the dress and move on without providing a bad review for the experience. I placed an order on the 31st of March 2023 not expecting bad experience again and they haven't even processed the order making me miss out on outfit for another important occasion! The engagement has not been good. Not happy at all! I have now asked for refund and will need to escalate through my card provider if not addressed. I am really sad that Modelle staff would do this to a regular in store and online customer!

I had a lovely experience shopping here. The staff both Safa and Marwa on the times I visited were very patient, understanding and offered plenty of choices for me to choose from. They were both very polite and professional at all times. These girls had customer service on one of the highest levels I've seen in a long time. Thankyou

So disappointed. The never do refund.and no refund or return for most of products. For few items they do offer store credit only if you return in 7 days.

Worest experience. Not going to visit again, their exchange policy and return policy is blunder. You are in Australia not in your contry. Hear each and every shop has exchange and return policy. Very awful.

Staff is very rude and talk to you in a rude I also had terrible experience
With exchanging something I will make sure to not shop there or recommend to any family or friends

Customer service is appallingly!
Half the time the staff look you up & down with filthy looks on their faces and don’t speak to you, the other half of the time they just pretend you aren’t there and chat amongst themselves.
I’ve stopped shopping in this store because of the negative vibes as soon as you walk in the doors.

Poor Customer service, I had a bad experience in exchanging goods, needs to do more efforts to improve how to manage customers. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Yesterday I went to this store to buy some new clothes, as I was shopping I felt that I was being watched by the staff, as they thought that I might steal something. At one point 2 of the stuff they just came near me to watch me acting like they have things to do near me and left all the other customers.that made me feel so uncomfortable. I was so shy to say something like are you guys watching me. I never had that kind of encounter in Muslim owned shops before this was my first. Please don’t stereotype. No matter what the colour of the person is they should be treated the same, no one would like to be treated differently. And still I bought the clothes because I
like them but I did not like the customer service.

They sell decent quality clothes and customer service is not the best but who cares? It's not a dine-in. Change rooms unclean. They could improve a lot.

Amazing Hijab wear! Loved my order so much, the material is wonderful, everything looks exactly like the pics even better! The price was really good especially for Jilbabs! My first order but will buy again. Very professional service, quick delivery &Friendly staff! Thank you Modelle!

Very very bad customer service. Would definitely not recommend this store to anyone. Staff were very blunt and rude, made me feel like I wasn’t worth their time.

Very bad customer service. Bought two different coloured scarves today and staff was very rude and blunt. After being told rudely that there were no returns or refunds, I asked for a receipt and she asked why. I simply needed it in case somebody from a different store asked me to prove what was in the bag belonged to modelle not the store. She eventually told me to give me her email so that she could send me the receipt. After returning home I opened up the first scarf to iron it (for eid the next day). Whilst ironing I noticed small holes in the fabric, about the size of the tip of a pencil. Not only was there numerous holes in the scarf but there were also dark stains. Upon opening up the second scarf, the same stained and tears were found. I am very disappointed with the staff and would not recommend to anyone looking for clothing that will not make you look tattered. Very very disappointed definitely not buying from here again.

I'm not sure why people are not liking this place, it has amazing clothing! It's a clothing store, a small one, why do you need customer service when there are only 2 floors and very very small floors actually. If you can't find it, it's not there

Bad customer service. Actally, no customer service. Staff are too busy worrying about their makeup and are careless around customers.
