7 Absolutely disgraceful customer service at the Werribee store today.
I bought a skirt for my daughter and it was too big. I brought it back to the shop with the receipt to exchange for the next size down, which they did not have. The shop assistant rang the Broadmeadows shop and they did have the size I was after. I asked if they could put it on hold till I could pick it up on Tuesday (Sunday New Years day and Monday is the holiday for New Year). They were neither willing to hold it till then or deliver it to the Werribee store. Unbelievable! As far as anyone is concerned, I have already purchased the skirt, they would be holding it for me as I have technically already paid for it. The attitude of the assistant was flippant and dismissive.

I used to visit Modelle every time I went to the shopping mall. However, I never found a dress which is really MODEST. Most of the things are either tight or short. Long ones are hard to find proper size for me.
I bought a dress for the first time from Modelle about 3 months ago. And I absolutely regret that I wasted my money. It was quite long for me and I spent money again for alteration. After such a hustle, it is ruined just after 2 washes and looks like a rubbish now. I wore it just a few times. Am never going to shop from Modelle again.

Only size 6 & 8 clothing in the store. Surely the store knows not every girl is a size 6 & 8.
Terrible customer service. For a Muslim company, your attitude is terrible. Your refund policy is a joke. Only exchange or credit note. Never buying from your company.
Staff it’s absolutely lovely and helpful. Even as a non hijabi I felt very welcome and the quality of the clothes is great. Hopefully you will have more stuff for tall girls like me but I am totally in love with my new jumpsuit I bought today. Thank you and may Allah bless your great job
