I have purchased a bag from them which was faulty and now just opened a box which hasn’t been touched as it was new and from there stock room to find the wallet with a split in it and frayed edges. Not happy as I already had a faulty product previously. Will never purchase any “mocha” products again as most of it looks cheaply made.: (sad because I liked the brand and have another wallet from a few years ago that’s completely fine
I purchased something online and wanted to click and collect in Werribee branch, however, it's closed today. Someone messaged me and went to the branch just for me to be able to get my item. I was even 4 minutes late, but she was still waiting for me with a smile! Love the customer service and I love my crossbody bag! Definitely 5 stars!
I had purchased a bag in January this year, took it in the start of June as the lining of the strap was coming off, said it will be in two weeks. Never got the bag in the two weeks, I went into the store and still nothing, waited a month and still nothing, then I emailed them, didn’t get an answer, emailed again and I have just gotten the bag now on the 25th of September. Great quality bags as I’ve purchased from there before but customer service is not the best and it’s a shame as I love this company
Was so satisfied with my shopping experience at Mocha. Last week, I was looking for a specific bag but it was sold out. Luckily, Medina was lovely enough to call up other Mocha stores and made sure that the bag was in amazing condition! Picked up my bag today and I'm absolutely in love with it! Thank you Mocha team
Terrible customer service, they were to busy having a conversation with each other trying to work out how much money the store has to make in order to be profitable. Not once did either employee ask if myself or my partner needed assistance! We will be taking our business elsewhere.
