7A lovely selection of high end and affordable bags. The lady working was extremely helpful and nice. I bought a bag for a gift and she extended the return to start from the day I gave it to my friend rather than the day I bought it as the two week exchange period would have expired before then. So kind of her!
Great customer service from a worker named Aphrodite. So helpful and welcoming.
Very poor customer service. My wife bought a leather handbag and with in 6 months the piping and next to the piping discoloured and faded. Could not get it fixed or changed. Don't buy any leather bags from them as it could be made with vinyl be careful when you spend $100s of dollars. Not happy with MOCHA. Very poor leather quality if it is leather.
Staff were not familiar with what they were selling when questioned in regards to some of there expensive jewellery i had also purchased one of the phone cases to then have the lady get me a new one that was the wrong size we realised when we got home when she was certain it wasn't different she was just getting a new one.then to have to bring it back to change it to come home and the case is cracked in the middle? What to do now! Bloody ridiculous
Sorry can’t remember who helped me at Mocha Doncaster but you were super helpful when I was trying to use my credit note via the phone and you put me onto Maddie from Eastland who was super patient and also helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much it made it so much easier for me and saved me the long trip to your store! Can’t wait for my bag to arrive:)
If an item purchased at one of your Mocha stores is faulty I expect it to be replaced! Instead, I was told it needs to be sent to Head Office for “assessment” which can take up to one month! I have never heard anything so ludicrous in my life! Why should I be inconvenienced and have to wait that long if the stitching on the bag I purchased 2 months ago is falling apart! And to be told that it has to be “assessed” before a decision is made as if I’m lying.the nerve! It’s not as if you’re an elite brand! Cheap quality items for top dollar! Never again. Do yourselves a favour and buy better quality!
