You better make sure you are absolutely certain what you’re purchasing is what you want - these guys have the worst returns policy. In an age where most retailers have learnt in order to build a loyal customer base you need to be flexible with returns, Mocha thinks they can offer the same outdated policy they have for years and people will still buy their products. The bags are not even that good
Worst costumer service ever encountered. Asked me and my friend to wait first then skipped us and went straight to another white lady who was after us. Racist is unforgivable!

Bought a pendent, for my niece last December and put it away for her 21st and when i pulled it out to get it engraved i noticed it was badly scratched. Mocha will not refund or replace this item. Customer service is really bad - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at this store
